This ac unit is awesome! I have a 800 sq feet living room in my condo and this really cools my place with no issue! Only downside is the sound of the motor i guess its a little noisy but is very tolerable. Wont disturb you with work or anything. But over all its a good buy! Compared to my fridgidaire before this GE a/c really does a great job!

We were originally going to buy the 10000 but, but am glad we went with this one. We have it in our bedroom which is around 350 square foot and it keeps it ice cold. Not too loud and doesn't work too hard. Plus the cell phone app is awesome if I want to set it to 65 deg when I'm on my way home from work, or even from just across the house. I highly recommend.

The unit cools great, but is very loud. Very easy to install, and comes with the window seal attachments.

I originally wanted the 15000 btu as my apartment is large. Wouldn't fit...so instead I puchased the 12000 btu. I was afraid it would not cool the large space enough but was surprised. It has been more than adequate...nice and cool on these hot days. My apartment is 980 square feet....Ilthe unit is cooling about 800 square feet...open floor plan

Excellent purchase, Great price and product! It was easy to install, works great and even has an ap I can control it with on my phone. I can turn it on from my phone before I get home and it will be nice and cool!

Overall good air conditioner with convenient wi-fi controls. It’s just a bit louder than I anticipated.

I love this AC UNIT. I love the convenience of being able to control it from my phone no matter where I am and I blows very well. Very good deal.

I bought this during the California heat wave and am sure glad I did we have been able to stay fresh and comfortable during the days of 110-118 degrees. Little noisy but nothing that would disturb your sleep. Also like how once you set it’s the settings you want the whole screen goes dark to not bother you while sleeping

Really good ac unit. Kept the room cold and was very accurate. Good connectivity, bad app though.

Helps keep the temp down in my very large living room. Love that its Alexa compatible. A bit loud, but all ACs are - and this one isn't as bad volume wise as some of my others.

Excellent air conditioner. Can connect to your smartphone so that you can turn on from anywhere and get your home cool before your arrival. Would definitely be buying again for my upstairs.

Works well… It’s kinda loud but does the job . Got it for my Frenchies, they don’t do well in California heat . WiFi was a bit complicated to set up on phone

This has to be the best air conditioner I have ever purchased. So far this works wonderful. We live in a split level house, we are using this on the second, main floor. This cools the living room, dinning room and kitchen in less than a hour and that is with the rooms being warm in the mornings as it has been very hot here in our area. It shuts off when the room reaches 74 and comes back on as needed. It does not need to run very often so I am sure we are saving money as our old dinosaur was running non stop. I have purchased air conditioners for all 3 bedrooms before purchasing this one and I wish I had purchased this first as I would of bought 1 for each room. We are very satisfied with this product.

Installation was easy and they provide you with foam to place on all sides for insulation. Set up was easy and it connected to my phone within minutes. It works very well to cool my entire 600sqft apartment. Occasionally the fan gets loud and makes a rattling sound but after restarting the unit it stops.

Love this AC unit! Small but works very well in our living room. We have a small place but this AC unit manages to cool our living, kitchen, and hallway. The fact that it has WiFi and can connect to our smart home is even better! Love all the features it has.

Amazing Units, Cools a very large room (Livingroom, connected to Kitchen and a Hallway. I love the fact that i can turn on while i am work so my dog can stay cool. Definitely would recommend.

I have a large living with an open kitchen. I was a little weary did AC would be too small. But this works perfectly. Cools down the entire area and on Eco mode it does not run all day. The WiFi smart controls are a added plus. You can set schedules and change modes on your phone. A great purchase.

Works well to cool our apartment, and phone-enabled controls are very convenient. Had previously purchased a similar BTU LG model, which broke within 24 hours of installation.

Good size and enough power to cool a medium room. Wifi control is a plus but i wish it was a little stronger so it will cool a bigger room.
