Very poor when i keep it clean, dry and stored all winter. Call GE customer service they say i never got extended warranty when infact i did. I do with all my appliances.

Colossal waste of money

I might get 5 minutes of cool air before getting 10-15 minutes of hot air from outside. I tried cleaning the unit and plugging it into different outlets to no avail. The unit has also been extremely noisy ever since I got it, it's borderline unusable in a bedroom. Shame on me for taking a chance with this brand, I guess.

It won’t even do that. It’s junk and I plan on returning it very soon. Don’t buy GE. Also the WiFi didn’t work either.

Cost almost the same amount of money for parts and labor than purchasing a new unit.
