At the beginning the buttons stop working on the A/C, but we were able to still use the controller. Then it started leaking and now it just won’t work at all. Can’t even turn it on.

Posted .Hello cacata - We are very sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your air conditioner. FIrst, try disconnecting power to the unit for a few minutes before reconnecting. If the unit is leaking inside the house, make sure the air conditioner is tilted so that the rear is about 1/4" lower than the front. If you continue to have issues, please take advantage of the warranty. - JB
