I made the purchase July 20 of 2020 and it only worked for that remaining summer and then next summer with sporadic use, meaning it was off most of the time. Now it’s not producing the cool air it had before. Only a one year warranty.. so you risk loss if you want to, as for me I expected a longer lifespan for this product..

Turn it on in the terrible app, stays on for 2-4~ minutes, automatically shuts off and stays off for 10+ minutes. No protection plan, no support for this issue. Absolute waste of an item for a potential simple issue to fix.
