    NOT WORTH IT!! ALL THE BUTTONS STARTED FLASHING AND BEEPING. TRIED RESTARTING BUT IT TOTALLY TURNED OFF NOW.

    Used less than 4 months and it died. Still under warranty, waiting to get reimbursed for it's replacement. Hoping this replacement doesn't have the same issue. When it was working, I will say that it did not cool as good as our 20 year old one that still works.

    It wouldn't come on after 3 weeks kept saying filter so I returned it with no problem thank you BEST BUY

    The item arrive Damage but i need it so i had to glue it the part that was broken because of the Handling.

We sincerely hate to hear you've had an issue with your air conditioner no longer working, especially as it's only a few months since you purchased it. We know this must have been inconvenient for you and would like to help with possible troubleshooting options. If it is possible the current interrupter device has been tripped, there is a Reset button on the power cord plug that may help to resolve this issue. You may want to check the house fuse/circuit breaker box to ensure power is reaching the air conditioner. Disconnecting the air conditioner from power for a couple minutes, then reconnecting may also help – this will reset the electrical components. If necessary, our service department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737. If you wish to take advantage of your limited warranty on the air conditioner, a description of it is available on page 17 of your manual.     After this purchase I’ll probably never deal with Best Buy again- the box was dented an when I opened it , the back coils was bent as well , called Best Buy an If I wanted to exchange it , it woulda been a week delay, this item was a gift I purchased for an 91 year old woman , her home was already hot due to no AC - an this happened- I kept it cause she begged not to be hot another day , but Best Buy probably seen the last of me after over 20 purchases

    This unit is very noisy and doesn’t cool off the space like I thought it would. Can’t return it because Best Buy return policy is 14 days now. Like really!!! Never again!

    Do not purchase*** I bought this Ac and it stopped working within 2 Months and the process to get it replaced is a nightmare to the point where you are willing to take the loss. Best Buy shifts the defective product problem on the manufacturer (GE) and the manufacturer wants you to buy another one then send them the receipt to replace the defective one as if money grows on trees. It’s not with the headache after paying $500 plus tax.

    This ac only worked for a month. It started shutting off on its own. Sad cause I paid more than $500 for this ac. Thank god I got the protection plan for it
