It cools the size of room it states on the box.. it is not very loud.. and it was very easy to install

I bought this during the California heat wave and am sure glad I did we have been able to stay fresh and comfortable during the days of 110-118 degrees. Little noisy but nothing that would disturb your sleep. Also like how once you set it’s the settings you want the whole screen goes dark to not bother you while sleeping

Works well… It’s kinda loud but does the job . Got it for my Frenchies, they don’t do well in California heat . WiFi was a bit complicated to set up on phone

Helps keep the temp down in my very large living room. Love that its Alexa compatible. A bit loud, but all ACs are - and this one isn't as bad volume wise as some of my others.

This AC unit works so much better than I assumed it would. It's blowing out 40*f colder than it sucking in. With a comfort setting for temperatures but also humidity. And in Florida that is important. The temperatures outside may drop but with the relative humidity climbs to 100% we need that humidity reduced, long before everything inside gets wet with condensation. If you don't know, dropping the temperature is only half the job of cooling you. You have to dry out the air too, for comfort and prevent mold growth. This unit even is WiFi connected if you choose for remote control from your phone. This is a super unit with a huge bang for the buck!!

A few reasons why i love it -Easy to set up -Convenient app to shut on or off no matter where i am -And my living room gets cold and stays Cold no matter how Many people are there.

It definitely seems to put out the cold air. It was easy to install. One thing I have noticed though is that I can hear water in the unit from when it rains, and it makes it run louder. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not. I did not notice this in the air conditioner I had previous to this one.

We were sweating even at night but this AC is a cool change.Easy to install. Love it. We are cooling a room about 25 x 35. I highly recommend this unit.

This has to be the best air conditioner I have ever purchased. So far this works wonderful. We live in a split level house, we are using this on the second, main floor. This cools the living room, dinning room and kitchen in less than a hour and that is with the rooms being warm in the mornings as it has been very hot here in our area. It shuts off when the room reaches 74 and comes back on as needed. It does not need to run very often so I am sure we are saving money as our old dinosaur was running non stop. I have purchased air conditioners for all 3 bedrooms before purchasing this one and I wish I had purchased this first as I would of bought 1 for each room. We are very satisfied with this product.

Wifi connectivity is awesome. Love being able to control it from my phone and get filter alerts. Remote is handy and easy to use. Cools my giant bedroom and bathroom easily.

Love this AC unit! Small but works very well in our living room. We have a small place but this AC unit manages to cool our living, kitchen, and hallway. The fact that it has WiFi and can connect to our smart home is even better! Love all the features it has.

Works great cooled my whole house this summer the app for it is awesome being able to check temps from any where is a game changer

I am currently being bathed in the warm wind provided by the second unit that failed within only a couple months of use. Long story short, GE's rebate program is as time-consuming and frustrating as possible, beginning with the fact that the phone number listed in the manual prompted me to "Call back during business hours" no matter what time of day I called it. Eventually I had to try other phone numbers I found online (at least three of them). The rebate tracker they gave me never verified that they were even aware of my request and it did not ever update. I did eventually receive a rebate, but long after I had given up dealing with support. The rebate program forces you to buy the same unit instead of one that doesn't have issues (to be fair, I would be shocked if GE actually makes one that doesn't break within a year). They don't cover the sales tax, which is about $40 in my state, multiplied by two since I had to purchase it twice. This is a policy that I'm sure is an industry standard, but that doesn't make it suck any less. The unit is installed six feet from my computer and I literally cannot hear people in my headset when it's running. Oftentimes ice will form if it isn't constantly running on high. GE Answers may try to suggest I installed it wrong or didn't clean it, but they would be mistaken. This is simply a terrible product. No wonder my mother laughed at me when I told her I bought a GE product. I bought Geek Squad protection this time so I never have to deal with GE support ever again. I'm hoping they give me a different unit, preferably a different brand altogether.

My bedroom is an ice box in this 110° heat I’m in love! Amazing AC. Quality, love That I can turn it on through my phone before I get home so my room is nice and cold

Does a great job in my 2 car garage when I work in the garage. The remote is super to have. Less noisy that other 12,000 window units I have had!

Good size and enough power to cool a medium room. Wifi control is a plus but i wish it was a little stronger so it will cool a bigger room.

Had one small issue, the metal top bracket was not included, but the local store took care of it. A/C works great, have it in a larger area than it suggests but it keeps up well. Easy to install and is not loud. Would recommend this to anyone needing one this size.

Installation was easy and they provide you with foam to place on all sides for insulation. Set up was easy and it connected to my phone within minutes. It works very well to cool my entire 600sqft apartment. Occasionally the fan gets loud and makes a rattling sound but after restarting the unit it stops.
