More compact than the old unit. Cools very well and is fairly quiet.we love the wireless control so we can adjust the temperature when we are gone to come home to a cool home

Had one small issue, the metal top bracket was not included, but the local store took care of it. A/C works great, have it in a larger area than it suggests but it keeps up well. Easy to install and is not loud. Would recommend this to anyone needing one this size.

It definitely seems to put out the cold air. It was easy to install. One thing I have noticed though is that I can hear water in the unit from when it rains, and it makes it run louder. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not. I did not notice this in the air conditioner I had previous to this one.

Great item for the money, and the 12,ooo btu is just perfect for our 15x15 living room. and the wifi is great for does hot days when you are not home but want to keep your pet cool.

It was harder to install than anticipated. It says to make the sill support 1/2" higher, but that wasn't high enough. Water buildup inside wouldn't allow it to work properly after a heavy rain. The performance was surprising. It's smaller than it should be for the size of the rooms. It cooled quickly and did well maintaining the dry, cool air. I am pleased with my purchase.

Super easy to install! Cools my place down perfectly! Love the eco mode. Plus doesn't use a ton of energy to run.

Nice sturdy build and easy to install. Pushes enough air to cool my small residence without additional ACs. Very minimal noise pollution unlike other ACs.

It is a quaintly window unit. Good: Cools a small to mid size room down fast Bad: the display turns off immediately, so you can't tell the temp settings.

It cools a large space but it is too LOUD. The remote is convenient but the display on the AC is hard to read.

This AC unit works so much better than I assumed it would. It's blowing out 40*f colder than it sucking in. With a comfort setting for temperatures but also humidity. And in Florida that is important. The temperatures outside may drop but with the relative humidity climbs to 100% we need that humidity reduced, long before everything inside gets wet with condensation. If you don't know, dropping the temperature is only half the job of cooling you. You have to dry out the air too, for comfort and prevent mold growth. This unit even is WiFi connected if you choose for remote control from your phone. This is a super unit with a huge bang for the buck!!

A few reasons why i love it -Easy to set up -Convenient app to shut on or off no matter where i am -And my living room gets cold and stays Cold no matter how Many people are there.

I purchased this for my son who lives on a second floor 2 bedroom apartment. This unit cools down his entire apartment. He loves the WiFi feature because he can turn it on before he leaves work and by the time he gets home, the house is nice and cool.

This unit works great.. easy install, the only problem is that it’s real heavy. You need two people to install.. overall works great.

Does a great job in my 2 car garage when I work in the garage. The remote is super to have. Less noisy that other 12,000 window units I have had!

Great unit cools my entire downstairs very well even with vaulted ceilings. Was very easy to install well worth the money. My ac went out hottest day of the year 100 in Raleigh Nc so it’s sticky hot I bought this unit put it in and it saved my life lol

Wifi connectivity is awesome. Love being able to control it from my phone and get filter alerts. Remote is handy and easy to use. Cools my giant bedroom and bathroom easily.

Overall I am very satisfied with this AC unit. I like being able to have a schedule set for running the unit. Also, being able to us an app for setup. Keeps my room cool with little effort, about 300 square feet and not the best insulation. My electric usage has gone down.
