This unit functions as an AC very well. It's not too loud and cools down our apartment very quickly. The smart features are just okay. It does have HomeKit compatibility however it doesn't let you control everything from the iOS Home app. You can only turn it on and off and adjust temperature. You have to use the GE app to control speed and mode. The WiFi setup is slow and the GE app is pretty terrible.

I needed a air condicioner weather was hot mi old one was not warking so I went to BestBuy it was in the pandemic I got to the line quept mi distand from other a clerk too care of me I knew what I needed I toll her and we went inside a got a unit with the write spesks ease to put it up in the window and it work ok is a great unit ease to useTHANK BEST BUY

Cools the 700sq ft section of house really well. Throws air well and the wifi control is great for anytime control / scheduling cooling.

this unit cools unbelievably, and pulls the moisture out of the house nicely. It is cooling about 500 square feet. Very pleased with how the unit works and installed. The only downside is the u it is louder than I thought it would be when the compressor runs.

Works great cooled my whole house this summer the app for it is awesome being able to check temps from any where is a game changer

It cools the size of room it states on the box.. it is not very loud.. and it was very easy to install

This ac is the best my house is freezing cold even with guests and my living room is pretty big and connected to the kitchen. The best part is setting up the schedule to turn on before I get home on those super hot days

App is really easy to use and connected it to our Alexa with ease. Provides moderate cooling for a large master bedroom.

Love GE ac unit with wifi. Its easy to setup and control from anywhere. Nice to have an eco mode for the those nights when it’s not needed to have the ac on.

Comes with a great window kit to seal out bugs. Very efficient AC a little on the louder side. Smartphone compatibility is a plus

I bought this unit back in August and literally used it up to this week. For the most part I don't have any complaints except for randomly disconnecting itself from Wi-Fi. It is super convenient to be able to control the air conditioner from your smartphone. I will be buying the 15,000 BTU version soon.

So today i got my first ever smart A/C. Did anybody have issues with the condensation water getting stuck in the middle of the unit and fan blowing it everywhere? I installed it at a angle and little higher on heavier side but still getting the water build up with the drain plug pulled off. Might need to return it. I was really looking forward for a great experience :( also had a couple of dents in the coil side out the box.
