Great cooling, draining easy but needs work

Only thing that I didn’t care for when it came cooler out and time to switch to heat mode it would collect water and fill and shut off needing drained and to disconnect to roll it outside to drain unit kinda of a pain. I tried it with a low rimmed baking pan but it left dents. Once I turned home heat on for a day it removed enough moisture inside that it no longer has that issue but tryi gvti run without first extra drying house out was tedious. Literally would run 30 minutes and shut off and would turn on again til drained. Heat seemed very efficient and over all unit isn’t super loud.

We are using it downstairs because our Central Air compressor went out. Cools a large room very well! Very Disappointed that it didn't have wifi for how Expensive it was! If it had that, then it would have gotten 5 stars.

Cooling was ok, just satisfied I guess. Heating I’m disappointed. Just started getting cold. Keeps filling with water and only like 1-2 oz of water come out. Drain spot is so low on unit can’t get nothing under it. Bad design. I wouldn’t recommend.

Posted .It can be normal to notice increased water build-up during more humid days, we also recommend checking to make sure that the filter is cleaned. Keeps my room cool and comfortable. No mess, No Fuss, and runs like a Champ.....unlike other brands out there. I love it, my dog loves it, and the cat loves it too....Thank you for this product... it is awesome! I'd send a picture, but I am NOT 'Tech Savvy'..... Just let me say GE is the one to get!!!!

Great Portable AC - You wont' be disappointed!

I am able to set a timer for the AC to stay on and automatically shut down. AC actually keeps my whole house comfortably cool from our main living area to our daylight basement.

Now it’s been two weeks, I still haven’t received my order yet. Every time I track my order it says: “Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.” What is going on. No one call n text me anything about my order. That’s very unprofessional!
