I like it, it cools the house really well. The only issue is that it’s louder than I thought but other than that I like it

Keeps us cool 24hrs. a day and we have a large sq. ft. apt. It could be a little quieter. Very nice looking.

Works very well for cooling my dinning room thats 8x12 with a large 8ft opening into the living room. Even helps cool the living room area that doesn't have AC. Love how portable itnis and how easy it was to vent it out my window without using screws or altering my windows.

Amazing …worth the extra money. Very big and somewhat loud…but when you are hot…you just don’t care anymore. It will cool a 500 square foot room and with neighboring fans you can circulate it further.

Life Saver. This portable air conditioner works as advertized and has been a welcomed addition to our RV life. Summer is west texas has been a challenge weather wise. Thank you for an exceptional product.

Kinda noisy but does the job. Less space but need hoes extension but is not included just like a 6 feet is included.

Unit does ok cooling a pretty big area but is loud. Easy installation. Not easy to empty water but neither was the unit we has before this one, thankfully you dont need to do it very often. So far this one has been running, nonstop, since we got it about 3 weeks ago, haven't had to empty it yet, and it's been in the 90s with high humidity

Great for open concept and multi room cooling. Timer set just an hour before I come back home each day is very convenient. Easy set up. Dry feature is convenient on humid days.

Easy to set up and has plenty of options. Easy to use and it’s quieter than any other A/C that I’ve purchased.

When it was functioning properly it was great, but it started to spew water out of top when it would get a bit hotter and more humid. It would be one thing if it just filled up with water often but it was collecting and holding water in the top area where the fan is spinning which would cause water to fly out and soak anything unfortunate enough to be within range. After many times of having to phsyically pick up and tilt the device to drain all the water out it would detect that it was constantly full of water after about 1 min of use. Returned under geek squad protection due to this.

Cools entire first floor of house. Vents easy out throw a window. Easy install pretty much plug and play outside of connecting exhaust house.

The air conditioner is working great so far. Installation was easy. Sales people were accommodating making the process understandable and efficient.

A very easy machine to assemble and use. Love the feature of a room temp reading when the system is off. Oh, and it cools like an ace! Great machine!

It cools down the room fast. If set on hi it is a bit loud.

Sound level to be expected for an inside AC. I bought the larger unit for a cabin that is not airtight or anywhere close to it. upper 80's with almost 0% humidity and set to 75, it is making the room nice. Doing exactly what I expected. Sound level is not going to be soft, keep in mind this is a big AC unit inside. I have a sound bar for the TV and listening to violin music with volume at 30 and it is good. It I had just one room I would get a smaller unit, but for the Cabin this is good.

Kinda loud, but a life saver. I like it more than the window mounted ones since you can move this from room to room easily since it has wheels on the bottom.
