I always had positive feelings about GE but no more. The initial problem was the cooktop burners does not work on all levels. Today I got another issue, which seems far more problematic. It gave F200 error code some issues with the wiring to the control board or sensor. I checked the sensors and it is not it which now leads me to the control board and I have to spend $300 to fix it. Completly unacceptable. I will never buy another GE product. Very disappointed.

I don’t think it heats true to temp. Pizzas come out soggy unless we do convection and the top gets too brown. Maybe it’s just a learning curve, but so far I’m not overly impressed.

Posted .We want to help you with your range's front burner not working and your air fry feature. We recommend checking the circuit breaker or fuse in the home that supplies power to the Range. Make sure the power cord is not loose and is plugged into the wall outlet snugly. It will be necessary to pull out the lower storage drawer to access the plug and verify it is connected securely. Additionally, you will need to slide the appliance out from the wall in order to verify the cord is not loose and is plugged in securely. If the power cord is connected and plugged in securely, your appliance power cord connection is wired improperly. For additional information you can visit the article titled "Electric Range - Surface Burners Not Heating or Working" on the GE Appliances website.

It takes no time to boil water and I can’t believe how quickly the ovens reach temperature. After a lot of time looking and researching I definitely think this was the best. Definitely recommend it!

I love the glass top, I love the dual ovens, and one of the ovens replaces our countertop airfryer. It heats up quickly, an easy clean, but I havent tried the steam clean for the ovens get. All around great item.

I had it two years and one month and the bottom oven nearly caught my kitchen on fire. I baked banana bread in the bottom oven and 33 minutes later my kitchen filled with smoke and the bread exploded in the oven. I am not sure what temperature it rose to but something terrible went wrong. I am very disappointed. I paid over $1000 for this stove and expected it to last longer them 2 years. No warranty after two years.

Posted .We'd like to share some information about the heat around the cooktop area. When using the cooktop or cooking in the oven, it can be normal to notice this area heat up. This is due to the vent being located under the control panel on the backsplash. We recommend making sure no pots, tea kettles, or other items are blocking the vent. GREAT HAVING 2 DIFFERENT OVENS FOR COOKING AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES. HAVEN'T MASTERED THE CONVECTION FEATURE YET, BUT I'LL KEEP TRYING. LOOKS GREAT IN THE KITCHEN.
