      Hello Jenn - Thank you for choosing GE Appliances and providing a review on your range. It is disappointing to hear about the trouble you have had as it must be aggravating. When using cookware on your cooktop, make sure the bottom is flat and does not have any burrs. Rough metals last cast iron are more likely to cause small scratches.     Bottom oven not working

    I have had the stove for a year and two months. The bottom oven stopped heating to its preset temperature.

    This stove has not worked properly since it was delivered. It's been a pain trying to get the issues resolved. Still is not working properly and still not resolved.

    Worst oven ever! Burns the top of everything and bottom is uncooked. Its almost like the bake setting broils. Both ovens are terrible. Worst purchase ever.

    Bought it for my son for Christmas Dec 6th. Changed the delivery date on us 3 times so far. Now not being delivered till January 17th. They want a review so here you go!

    The stove came with a damage on the back of the unit and the tech asked if i wanted with a discount and i accepted. However, BAD BUY never contacted me to talk about such discount. Dont fall for their dirty tricks.

    I called earlier this week to reschedule my delivery appointment. I was told someone would get back to me in a day or 2. No one ever did. I called back today and the lady was able to help me. I give her 5 stars. But why can’t I just talk to someone local? Like the sales rep that helped me.

    Not happy with the cooking surface

    The first stove had a broken light in the top oven. Best buy replaced it but my biggest issue is that just by cooking the top surface scratches very easily. It leaves marks on the surface that cannot be removed. Not good quality!

    Top burners heat fast and cook evenly.Do wish it had a built-in temperature probe.Baked cookies...turned out very nice. Glass top is a bit hard to clean and it has a ridge around the cooktop that collects debrie.Have to vacuum top edge of stove!LOL.Overall a very nice oven at a reasonable price.

    My first GE double oven glass top range we had for about 12 years with no issues, it was great. When we moved to a new home and bought brand appliances, GE was what we went with. Let me say this new oven (same model) has a defect GE will not correct. We have had the new unit for 3 years and the glass top has cracked and became unusable twice. Fortunately the first time it was under warranty, but the second time not so likely and GE said sorry not sorry about it. The replacement glass top is almost $1000 dollars. Both times the top cracked in the exact same place and both times we were heating only a pot of water for spaghetti. Nothing was dropped on the top and the glass was clean before using. The first time we had it replaced the service tech made it very clear that the quality of the product had degraded noticeably over the past few years and the glass tops were made thinner than the older models. Buyer beware.

    Loving this range after a week of use. The rapid boil feature is blazing fast! This is my second double oven setup and will never use anything else. With only two of us, the smaller oven works for more than 50% of my cooking. Clean up so much easier than my previous gas range.

    Great purchase! I've been hoping for a double oven and when my single oven broke down I looked at this one first. It's made in the USA so that was a major selling point for me! The perk is I also have a build in air fryer option on the bottom oven.... Win Win for us!
