I had no choice but to use it because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with Best Buy for any customer service. The product is good but rest assured, I will NEVER spend another dime with Best Buy. The product is wonderful and is my second. But Best Buy (Madison, MS) is terrible

Very easy to clean the top. The heat generated by the high heat burner is excellent. The temperature is in the oven’s seem to be spot on. Keep in mind the top of it is electric the bottom oven is gas. Overall we are very happy with this product

Gas stove flutters constantly, poor quality.

The provided gas line not the best. We get constant smell of gas anytime we turn it on. The fluttering inconsistent gas sound is very annoying and it just doesn't assure us of a quality product.

Less than 2 years and it’s dead. GE is garbage and Best Buy is absolutely the worst. Over a thousand dollars and it’s dead in less than 2 years. See you guys in court!

Buyer beware, not only is this unit a sign of the times of poor quality control, but a prime example of the lack of pride and commitment to excellence that workers now a days have for their jobs. What a shame.

Both ovens heat up quickly. The only thing we've noticed is that it seems to take longer than normal to heat up the griddle and to do things like boil water. Thus is likely do to the grates sitting higher above the burner than many stoves. Not a huge issue, just something that takes getting used to.
