    Started with LG that didn’t work up grade to GE first one didn’t work returned it had second one didn’t work finally the third stove works. My wife lost a lot of baking she is a home baker. Because we had no stove for three weeks.

    we received our stove but no paperwork, they took all the boxes and we got no paper work. looks like we get to google it or guess how it all works.

    This is an amazing stove! Great price for a double oven where you can cook 2 different temperatures with a large amount of space. Used for Thanksgiving & cooked several items all at once. Excellent manufacturer, excellent stove and excellent functioning abilities. It's a fast pre heat also. Highly recommended. The middle griddle is very thick so it does take a little longer to warn through but once hot, it works great!

    What a difference! Been wanting to switch to gas for a while and this was a good alternate. Good even heat, Didn't know if I would like the grille in the middle but it is nice and easy to use. The timers are easy to use and double oven allows for smaller batches of food for the 2 of us.

    Good quality oven. I was replacing an older model Kitchen Aid oven, so this was quite a step up. Delivery and installation as quick and easy with Best Buy. I love the option to bake 2 dishes at the same time, and the express stove top and griddle in the middle allows we to quickly boil water and cook bacon and pancakes!! Very happen with the purchase so far and confident that GE quality will last for many years to come.

    Purchased an open box item, looked brand new. Still had stickers on it. Installed, set oven to 350 to burn off smell. Went to bake the next day and both ovens did not correct temperature. Returned to best buy. Purchasdd a brand new unit. Was great for 2 weeks. Now bottom oven is off 50 degrees. Sucks.

      We are very sorry for your inconvenience and this experience with your oven. If you haven't already, we recommend trying to calibrate the oven with the instructions in the manual on page 11. You can adjust the temperature by 35 degrees to see if that helps. If you can bake a can of biscuits according to the instructions on the package, you'll know it worked. Press the Bake & Broil to get to special features and then use the 3 or 8 number pads to scroll through the special features until you get to see offset. If this doesn't help, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393. Joyce@GEAppliances GE_Appliances

    I love the double oven. The griddle in the middle is more useful than I could have ever imagined. It would be better if both ovens were convention instead of just the bottom one. Overall I'm very pleased.

    Great stove!!! Having two ovens is a God send for cooking for our family of 6 with 2 being teenagers! The top oven is a tradition oven with all the normal cooking features while the bottom oven gives the option of conventional baking giving you that air frying freature!
