Everything works as it should and it looks wonderful in our new kitchen. Both ovens heat up quickly. The only thing we've noticed is that it seems to take longer than normal to heat up the griddle and to do things like boil water. Thus is likely do to the grates sitting higher above the burner than many stoves. Not a huge issue, just something that takes getting used to.

Great oven, its features are on point! I would recommend.

Worst experience ever with an appliance. Less than 2 years and it’s dead. GE is garbage and Best Buy is absolutely the worst. Over a thousand dollars and it’s dead in less than 2 years. See you guys in court!

Defective top door, replacement won't be back in stock for a few months not. Buyer beware, not only is this unit a sign of the times of poor quality control, but a prime example of the lack of pride and commitment to excellence that workers now a days have for their jobs. What a shame.

Bottom oven takes getting used to -the top oven is great for quick meals

It's a gas oven. Why does it use so much electricity? Also the air-fryer feature is nothing like an real air fryer

Overall a very easy process. Went to the store, very helpful helping me with my purchase from answering questions to setting up delivery. Delivery day came with no hassles. Happy with overall service.

This oven is a much needed upgrade to my previous oven. We're currently using this for your everyday items but also for our clients. So far we haven't had anything go wrong. It cooks thoroughly and evenly every time.

We're enjoying it so far. I do notice that the top oven is better suited to warm things up and cook smaller items as it seems the thicker the food baking, the more time it needs. So far so good though.

Its 1 1/2 years old and gas burners are already messing up.

15 months old and it does not heat properly nor does it maintain the heat (say 350 degrees) that its set too. Of course just out of warranty so GE informs me its my problem.

Stove works great and the bestbuy experience was awesome. I thought the first unit was defective with the upper dore slightly open, so they switched it with no problem.

It's working how we would hope. All the components do the job they were made to do. We even purchased the extra grate for the middle. What a hoot.

I am very unhappy with the purchase. Purchased it brand new from bestbuy over a month ago and unable to use the range since it trips the circuit breaker as soon as the oven door is opened or sometimes even when igniting the gas. The oven lights are always ON.

Could not ask for a better range, as both ovens are excellent Also, the cook top appears to be made of a more scratch-resistant surface than its predecessors.

Works great so far!!! Had for new home. I would recommend to others.

The stove is nice looking but once it was in, the top oven is 100 degrees below what it says, and the bottom oven is 50 degrees below what is is set to. Best Buy says we have to contact the manufacturer to fix it and they will not allow us to exchange it. Frustrating to pay that price to find it does not work properly and BB does not stand behind their sales. Both appliances we bought from them have been defective.
