We have an old central air system and it costs a fortune to run. I live in a 1300 square foot second floor apartment. So far this ac is doing a great job. It cools living room, dining room and my kitchen very nicely. I have smaller units in the 3 bedrooms so I don’t have the larger unit running all the time. So far I’m very happy with my purchase

This was a life saver with it still being hot in south Louisiana during this time. I hav no issues and this unit cooled my whole living room with ease. I was really impressed with this ac unit and recommend it.

I recommend having someone help with installing it, since it's a bit heavy. Also a bit too noisy to have in a bedroom, but works to cool multiple rooms of small house with decent air flow.

The thermostat isn’t super accurate because it goes based off of very near the unit, which isn’t what it ends up being majority of the room, but otherwise works well.

I have used it the past month to hear my older large brick home with very thick walls. Using it on the first floor, it actually cools the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Very good quality and value compared to the Fridgaire of same size I had purchased last year from Bestbuy to do my three upstairs bedrooms. That one is junk compared to this beast!
