Thought of bringing it back but being on the third floor it wouldn’t be easy. As time went by we became accustomed to the noise other than that it cools a large space.

Did not come with the top piece in the box so I had to order it off of a GE site - too hard to contact GE directly. Would have been great if it came with window supports but for the most part we are happy with it

My last one could barely keep up in the living room. This one has enough power to keep my whole common area, kitchen included, nice and cool. The smart controls are great, too.

It cools my living room (18x20) and my kitchen/dining area (20×20) efficiently! I am super pleased and highly recommend! I had a 230 v 15,000 BTU before and because energy company reduces voltage in rge summer it damaged my prvious unit. So I decided we need to go back to 110-115 volt and this now cools my area very well!

It cooled my living room, and kitchen, and keeps it cool all day long. Eco mode actually works, and turns the unit off once temperature is reached.

I usually dont have to use the high speed mode but when i do, it cools more than 2 rooms
