We had only ever used the stand up kind before this and we never felt fully cool, we had constant issues, and our pets weren't as relaxed in the heat. We can even keep this AC on low and it works great. No issues and our whole place is cool. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

Bought this to replace a similar GE unit I purchased 7-8 yrs ago. Had over two weeks straight 100+ days and it definitely helps keep the garage cooled off. In the evening actually have to turn it up as it gets a little chilly. Will update review if any immediate issues. Have had for just over 30 days.

Its the perfect size for our large bedroom. It stays a constant 70 degrees with outside temps in north Florida reaching over 100 degrees!! I would definitely recommend this unit.

I installed this on the 2nd floor which was only 430sq ft (AC was freezing cold), I didn’t know the sq ft of the 2nd floor before purchasing so I went all out with this one. I gotta say that this unit is freezing cold and room stays cold even at 104° weather.

And the app allows me to control the temperature from my phone from wherever so I come home to a nice cold house every time. Definitely recommend to anybody that wants a cold space

It is very big but it still fit in my vertical window just fine, i still would have preferred to have a horizontal window for less hassle but overall a really great ac unit

Bought two one is great...

The second unit arrived in a badly damaged box and did not work. It was returned. Do not accept a damaged box.
