Have not installed yet I need to fix the wall it sits in looks like a good unit Helps my Split system keep the room cool. Need more BTU's for the room this works until I can upgrade.

Reliable and easy to install - it is rated for our room size but still wish it were a bit colder!

The only problem is the app very difficult to set up I am not using it,next time check reviews first ,the other problem is it doesn't fit well in my window I had a Frigidaire AC before no problem when I pulled that and try to install the guy expend a lot time to install,I will use for this week and see how it works,but next time I will read the reviews before I purchase,the wi-fi was what it make me buy it,little bit unhappy try so many times to use the app lose my time follow all indications and password but nothing

Bought for my son in Texas. Their air went out and they were so uncomfortable trying to sleep. They love the new air conditioner. Cool, powerful and pretty quiet. Great investment.

This unit was a life saver over the last bit of summer while we waited forever to have our HVAC system fixed due to a parts shortage. It was able to keep my kitchen and living room as cold as I like without skyrocketing my bill. I'm keeping it close by in case of another emergency!

Works good, I had to return first one it was a lemon, cooled fine, but control panel stopped working then started again, I returned it to be safe, second one worked fine.

Works great high power super cool. I have a double wide trailer about 1500sqft. I put a blanket in the hallway to block off half the trailer and ill tell you what. This puppy froze me out of the house when it was 115 degrees outside. It only goes down to 64 but honestly thats plenty enough.

My son lives in an old building . The air conditioner from the landlord is at least 20 years old. He was wasting money on electrify until we purchased this unit. He is so happy with this unit especially this summer since it’s been unbearable hot.

Works great, I like it cold on the 90+ days, this works fantastic for my downstairs of roughly 700 sq ft on the dot. Doesn't struggle to keep 65 degrees throughout. It has standard noisiness, nothing obnoxiously loud by any means. Good product so far.

Excelent ..!! For my bedroom It is not very noisy and cools well. !! the best thing is that I control it from my phone via wifi .. that is wonderful and practical .. !!

Had this for about a year now and it has been a life saver. We use it in our living room and boy does it cool down our living room quick. What i love the most about this unit is that it is quiet.

I’ve had this unit for 3 years now, has worked without a hitch. Cools living room, and dining area without a problem. Apple HomeKit integration is a bit finicky but the manufacturer app ok

Cools off our very large family room which connects to the kitchen. No longer sweatin in the kitchen lol. It is very powerful and efficient for the price! We are pleased and chilled.

Works really well but leaks a bit. The filter needs to be cleaned often even if not dirty or ready to clean

Everyone rolls their eyes at me because I like 'smart' products. This air conditioner not only is quieter than previous purchases, it keeps up and I can yell at it! (not really, I ask nicely to turn on and off and set a specific temperature) It's easy to keep clean and works great!
