Fantastic, AC went out in heat wave and I panicked. Bought this, took it home, put it in the window and the inside temp went from 91 to 76 in about 35 to 50 minutes.

My old unit died needed a new one. This cools nicely but has its quirks

Everyone rolls their eyes at me because I like 'smart' products. This air conditioner not only is quieter than previous purchases, it keeps up and I can yell at it! (not really, I ask nicely to turn on and off and set a specific temperature) It's easy to keep clean and works great!

Works for a large space. Make sure there is nothing in front of the machine and it should do what it needs to do.

Works very well, looks nice. Didn't realize the vents aren't as adjustable as prior wall unit, but does a good job cooling the room.

Cools like a champ! Bought for our main level and it works flawlessly. The energy saver is huge money saver! Really love the smart hq app intergeneration as it makes it super easy to control with Alexa as well!

Very good a/c my home went from a microwave to an ice box. Would recommend to everyone and this a/c is very quiet.

Best A/C I have used, I have a large living room that goes into the kitchen and upstairs without doors and the a/c is able to cool the room without issues

Cools down our living room by a lot!! We usually keep it in the lowest setting but recently I’ve had to raise the temperature because it’s too cold!

Are you looking for a bad a@@ air conditioner? Then look no further because you've found it! This thing slaps and cools down our entire apartment, would recommend it.

It’s awesome. It has easily replaced 2 smaller Ac in the apartment. We normally had 3 AC in our apartment but this one is more then enough to cool the entire apartment. Google assistant makes it fun and the feature to start it before we make it home is awesome

great works well Great for LA summer In an old vintage home in East Hollywood . Home has old craftsman living room. long and hot . Facing the sun adjacent the 101. Works great and very easy to install on this window sill. Love the wifi!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quiet, efficient, and not a huge piece of equipment. Keeps our kitchen and living room very comfortable and the noise of the air conditioner does not take over.

We were looking for an AC that would actually keep our whole first floor cool and this one does just that. No more cooking in the heat in our apartment.

Cools SUPER fast. This thing is a beast and is totally worth it. I will say Best Buy dropped the ball on shipping 2 times. I had to return it visually damaged on the outside and inside before the store finally gave me one from within the store. I'm happy with it, now.
