So we set this up last month in our bedroom window and it seems to work wonderful, Then today 6/30 it just stopped working. Called Bestbuy who set up an appt to have someone look at it and then cancelled since still int the year warranty. No warning no noise. I checked the breaker and the plug and reset the unit. The remote is still in plastic. So GE said the first people they called to service it could not come till 7/29 and it is 6/30. I bought the geek squad warrenty and was told different things from three different people. Not happy with GE or Best Buy now. We could load it in the car and bring it in for heavens sake and here I sit waiting for a call for a repair appt? This is unacceptable in my eyes. Sad Sad Sad

As a senior, I didn't realize how bad it was and began to have trouble thinking and moving about. My son came to check on me and installed this wonderful unit. Now I am cool and happy. God is good, and sons are blessings. Amen
