It is out of the warranty period with Best Buy. When it was working it was cooling our 1000sq ft single level with no issues.

It does NOT cool as much as the previous version did, which is quite the disappointment, same BTU's, but not sure why it doesn't cool all that great. Filter is cleaned/replaced often. WiFi connection through the phone is good. You can get alerts for when the filter needs to be replaced and set up Geo Fencing to turn it off when you leave. I wouldn't buy this again if someone paid ME for it. Would not recommend to a friend.

Our power chord was out in the open and our dog had got its paw caught while moving backwards and slightly tugged the cord, mind you not hard enought to pull the plug out of the socket nor move the unit. But ever since then, it power cycles and is in need of repair, a pretty costly repair.
