It’s nice ac but two things I didn’t like the application work only when you’re close to the ac, and the ac is very loud.

I absolutely loved this AC. The Alexa support, the app, etc. It cooled up my entire living room and got me through most of the summer. Thank god for totaltech because the unit completely died on me after about 4 months. That’s absolutely unacceptable.

Very satisfied with the product. It is not the model I was expecting to buy, different than the one pictured online. But satisfied none the less.

Easy to use, easy to install, but a little loose to cool it will be because my room is too cool and the heat is unbearable but it’s good it’s good I’ll keep it for several years

Works well so far. Had to learn the best way to use in our condo. lso quieter than previous one. The installers were excellent and did a great job, neat and very courteous

It work’s absolutely perfect my first microwave you give the food 3 minutes and parts still cold with this in 11/2 minutes the food is well reheated. Love it

Bought this AC after our AC unit died after years of service and it has been a lifesaver. The ease of use with smartphones gives me flexibility in turning on and off the AC wherever I am. Setting a schedule is also easy. Cools down our whole apartment and I’m very comfortable the whole day.

Broke within 1 year of owning. Was constantly freezing and leaking water all over damaging our window sill. GE customer service says it is an "non serviceable unit" since they don't make parts, resulting in us having to purchase another unit and send in a rebate form. When it was working it did the job ok, but constantly turned on and off, and cooled inconsistently. Let's hope the replacement runs better. If anything the wifi feature and app ran great.

It works good for a smaller size room I would just need a bigger one but good for my bedroom nice and cold

Originally shipped item was damaged in shipment. Kudos for Best Buy for making it easy to exchange.

Spent an hour installing the unit only for it to make a very loud pulsating humming noise while showing the number ‘84’ for the temperature. In addition, the led panel was dim and pulsing brighter coinciding with the humming noise. After about 5 seconds, the breaker it was connected to tripped. After I flipped the breaker, it actually turned on normally and ran for about a day. When it did run, it did put out cool air. The air deflectors up front are terrible and do nothing. In addition, the fan was loud - not in a pleasant way. It sounded like a car engine almost. Then, the next day the breaker tripped again. Moved it to another 20A circuit with nothing else on it and turned it on again. Again, I heard the humming noise but it lasted longer and was much louder. Finally, even the 20A breaker tripped. This is a defective unit - not one that any customer should ever get their hands on as it is dangerous and potentially a fire hazard. In addition, the quality isn’t all that great. Returning.

After less than a month of use, it would not turn on. The unit beeped repeatedly and LED lights flashed; just like one of the other reviewers stated. It's been a long time since a window air conditioner was needed in my home as we've had central air for the past 5 years. Moving to a new home without central air required going back to window ACs. The installation instructions were terrible. I was shocked to discover upon opening this unit that it did not come with an extra support. So we purchased an extra support for this. It is extremely heavy. Anyway, bottom line is it broke after less than a month of use and so therefore is useless. Returning today.

This item is HUGE! Extremely BULKY! Weighs approximately 70+pounds it’s crazy! Unfortunately this item had to be returned… TOO HEAVY for windows in my mobile home *NEVER EVEN TOOK IT OUT OF BOX
