My home is under 1000 sq ft, The unit does a great job (without making too much noise) keeping my place comfortable. The temperature control works perfectly.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of it, very loud and only goes down to 64 degrees which wasn’t cooling my entire attic very well (near the AC would be 64 degrees but the other side of the room 15 feet away would be 72). I would recommend another brand.

Got this ac last year and got some use and this year after a couple of weeks of use just goes on for two seconds and off it goes. So not good for me seems I just basically got a couple of use of it for over $500 that the unit cost.

Unreliable, rip off, save your money

It keeps beeping and the filter light stays on. The air wont blow continuously. This product is a rip off

We truly understand how that would be frustrating. We are seeing that this air conditioner is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to your local Best Buy to evaluate what your options for repair or replacement are. If your would like to view the details of your air conditioner’s warranty, we recommend you check out page 17 of your owner’s manual, found on our website.
