I'd have to have friends help me get it back out of the window. Then I'd have to drag it all the way back down to Best Buy. It doesn't even cool my 220 square foot box that I call home and it's 13,000 BTUs. I'm racking up an electric bill for nothing.

I turned it off since it's winder and I'm in Florida and we had a few cooler days literally 4-5days plugged it back in and now it's not working.... The outlet is green to it has power going into it but the control panel won't let me turn it on I switched it to another outlet and nothing I press everything and nothing turns on this is a piece of crap! DO NOT BUY!!! Last AC I had lasted over 10 yrs this didn't even last 1 year what is this?!?!? Nothin works won't even turn on to beep nothing! Filter is clean power is going into it but nothing it's frustrating it's warm again I need the ac and to spend almost $600 for a window ac that brakes after 7 months it's ridiculous

Worst AC ever

For the price of this unit it should work longer then 3 months I got the latest one on April 15th and it’s only July 3rd and back to Beeping and shutting off
