Had to pay $13 pick up fee. The new one works good. I’m a month in with no Issues yet. I would not buy this product again to be honest.

I ran it for 90 days, stored it for winter in a bedroom closet, and installed it again during the 05/21/22 heat wave. When I tried to power it on, it flashed a lot and turned itself off. The only lights remaining were the green reset on wall plug and the red wifi light on the display panel. When powered ON with the remote, all the lights flash for 30 seconds and then shut off. Manually powered ON, produce the same result. It's not the fact that the unit doesn't work, nor that I live on the 3rd floor of a Victorian walk-up. The fact that I have to literally DUMP a brand new appliance that GE cannot fix or recycle, and purchase another unit OUT OF POCKET before getting refunded ONE MONTH LATER (and btw, it takes at least a week to get the refund "certificate" that you mail back with your NEW receipt for a check that arrives ONE MONTH LATER). This will not be a viable way for "so-called GE" to do business in the US. WORST, WORST, WORST business practices.....
