This unit would only be on during the daytime a couple of days a week; summer had just started, and it stopped working suddenly.

Best buy stood behind their products and replaced first one, with this one. Had it for almost 2 yrs now and have had high electric bills, and it never was able to keep room cool or comfortable. Not a good purchase for me.

Have pictures of it, call Best Buy and after calling five times and being dropped 4 of them, they were supposed to come and exchange it and never did.

They do not last and they run into trouble with the circuit board not lighting up and then you can't change the speed or the temp, until it finally just shuts off and won't turn back on. This current air conditioner no longer works and it is 07.15.21 and I bought it 07.28.20

Your air conditioner is under warranty for one year. Please don't delay, refer to Page 17 of your Owner's Manual to have this unit replaced during the warranty period.
