Great air conditioner covers a lot of area very happy with it since central went down

This AC unit is quiet and uses very smart technology. Was not difficult to install.

I have a older ge 12,000 window unit and it worked great until hurricane ida. We had ti remodel the garage apartment and took 15 months to get some to do it. The cover got lost and the evaporation core is filthy dirty anwill freeze up now every couple weeks. The old one works better than the new 14,000 btu. Sucks having a unit that dont work in Southeast Louisiana but they’re uninstalling it and ill need to get another unit. Thankfully ny old ge on its last leg but still goong for nowand staying cool. Ive had bigger units in that window they didnt even come on. Im not sure if best buy issue or manufacturer but 3 units and all been duds and 2 were LG invertedr ones which really sucked. Then you have to play the refund game with beet buy! Worst experience ive had dealing with window ac units.

We have only had the AC for a month but it was easy to install and is working great.

Just perfect, works like a champ and indicates when You have to clean the filter

it works perfectly, I only had problems with the installation.

I am expecting my 3rd ge-700 sq. ft. unit...the first 2 unit broke - freezing up. I am waiting on my 3rd unit soon.

This is the worst appliance and experience getting repaired or just getting a resolution too. I was highly upset that less than a month the appliance went out. I paid for a 2 year Svcs with the geek squad only to be told we don’t step in til your manufacture warranty has expired. Then the manufacturers GE states after hours of being on hold and transferred 1k times and finally getting an appointment for service. We no longer service that air conditioner because we don’t have the parts except for the cover on the outside. When I went to pick up my TV I saw someone else returning that same air conditioner. When I returned mine back to the store out of frustration a young lady returned hers for the same reason I did. I also realized this is the only one the sale in store. It’s faulty get rid of it. Why keep selling this when you know there’s a problem with the filter sensor which won’t let it power on and when continuing beeping with all lights flashing. Your trouble will begin in 2 weeks or more. Which I feel dairy for you if you don’t purchase the 2 yrs plan because after 15 days you can’t return this!

Thus is definitely worth the cost, powerful and affordable. A must buy

ac is ok. it kicks on and off but it does not cool off my area as i had hope. it does an ok job though.
