Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First year owner so I can't speak to it's l longevity but so far I am loving this A/C it is very quiet it cools a very large area (basically the entire first floor of my small home) it has a remote control which Makes any product better in my opinion and it has a wi-fi function to change settings from another location ( I have not explored wi-fi yet but i plan to)

It really does help out a lot. Makes up the additional cool air we need. Very easy to use with the remote, or built-in cintrols

Opening at bottom of case at filter is a little baffling. Also have one that I have used for one summer. No issues. Fairly easy to install. Two people would make it easier. Remote is nice.

It has been in use for about 3 weeks now and we have no complaints. I have it set on 72 and its been working great, the WIFI is working fine too, I recommend this window unit, and I would buy again if needed. The outside Temp. has been in the 90's but inside has been just fine holding around 71 to 72 degrees.

I can turn it on before I leave work and come home to a cool space. My apartment is slightly bigger than what this covers and it does a great job of keeping it cool!

However, to get it to connect to the wi-if, good luck. Same when the check filter light starts blinking. I can’t get it to stop and the last time I tried and tried, the unit started blinking some error code. I had to exchange it. Make sure you get the Geek squad coverage with this product.

Then for some reason it just wouldn’t turn on. Good thing it was under a year old. GE did reimburse us and we purchased a bigger unit. I did work great though.

I really like the feature that you can simply turn it on from the app that you download on your phone. Therefore when I get home from work on one of those hot and humid days, its nice and comfortable the moment you open the door!

It is very wide so be sure to measure your window before purchasing!

But it looks okay to me.
