Be aware of the product weight this is very heavy even though I was able to install by myself I had to use my maximum strength but this thing blows ice cold.

Works great! Cools really well. It is loud as they all are but that’s just how they are but it cools like a freezer

This window unit cools wonderfully. It is not as quiet as I had expected it to be by the reviews I read, but it is better than my old unit. Overall, it's a good air conditioner.

This thing really does an awesome job! The smart features are great, and it really packs a wallop. The main floor is cool in about an hour. And that’s on a hot day. It’s a little noisy, but it’s a window unit. Overall, I would recommend this.

This A/C unit was easily installed. It does a terrific job in cooling the first floor of my house. The only drawback is that it is a little noisy. I definitely would recommend this A/C unit.

Would have given 5 stars but when compressor comes on noise is loud. Bothered me at first but have gotten used to it. Den and kitchen are nice and cool.

Wasn’t sure if this Unit was going to cool off living room and kitchen but it is extremely cold when we get home due to the feature of being able to remotely turn on before we come home. Would buy again

We purchased this air air conditioner after our Other air conditioners weren’t cutting it. This air conditioner cooled our first floor and parts of our second floor. We loved it so much that we bought a second one for our second floor. I love how it doesn’t use a ton of energy. It keeps our electric bill low while, keeping our home cool at the same time.

Love that i can control this with remote or my phone. It took maybe a few minutes to push out cold air after first setting it up but now it cools off my apartment so quick that we get cold! I love it.

This was an excellent purchase. It works great and cools down the house quickly! The remote is a handy feature as well.

So far, we're delighted with our new air conditioner. The unit is located near the ceiling in or small, older home so before now I had to stand on a chair in order to adjust it. My husband is forever tinkering with it in the name of saving money, then leaving for work. I work from home and am left in a house that is often too warm. Now I can adjust the temperature via my Alexa and a smart app on my phone. I just wish I could lock it.

Cools my large sunroom very quickly. A little noisy though.

This ac cools off very good! I stay in a double wide trailer and it’s cools off everything but the bedrooms and bathroom. But if it was an open I’m sure it would cool it off too. I stay in Georgia and on days it’s 90-100 it still cools off very good. I would definitely recommend. We have a smaller one in the bedroom and my sister has one in her one bedroom apartment and it cools the whole apartment off.
