Pretty much the same microwave as my old profile from 2018 but more compact. I like it, it works well. Don’t use 95% of the “feature” settings but who does? 1 star off for the piano black front door. It sucks and has to be wiped after every use due to finger prints. The clock brightness is blazing bright. Even on “low”. It lights up the whole kitchen at night. Just turn it off.

Great slim design. Relatively quiet with easy to use features. Bright clock- maybe too bright but has option to turn off. Strong ventilation and great over the range lighting.

Love it! Such a sleek and roomy microwave. Taking up the proper amount of space.

Only had this microwave for a few weeks and only have used it a few times, but it does look really nice in place of the range hood it replaced, it freed up counterspace which was really helpful, and it works as advertised. Lots of settings, the light is nice and bright, and it has worked with no issues. Kind of a bummer that the low profile microwaves are pricier that the full size over the range sized microwaves, but so far so good.

Modern design and easy to use. A bit sensitive on the buttons.

Love this microwave. It is the perfect size for us. My favorite feature is the key pad is on the outside. It also has more cook options than our previous microwave.

Cook controller not functioning correctly. Can't change temperature off high when on express cook. Sending back. Agree with others that the start up noise is louder than other microwaves we have had including GE. Sending back. Size and fit was what I would expect. I would recommend if cook setting worked correctly.

Very nice space saving microwave. We've only had it a month but it so far it works great.

Great microwave. I was concerned about the size, but it is plenty large inside.

The microwave is fine. but the first one installed was damaged adn had to be replaced.

We needed a new microwave with a shallow frame and this worked out great. Highly recommend Total Tech for the install.

Our built-in micro-wave works great! It also looks good & functions well!

This will not fit in allowed (30") space. I have 30.25" and the door will not open. Useless!
