    The unit looks great, and the microwave also seems to work great. For the bad news, though, the convection oven does not work as it should. It never gets as hot as it should (confirmed with oven thermometer), and tonight, the unit stopped producing heat midway through 20-minute cook time. GE repair coming out next week. If they can fix it, then maybe it was just a bum part, but we will see.

    I researched this microwave prior to purchase. It is as described. It replaced a very old one and I am so happy with this one, althought I'm still learning how to use it. I expect it to give me years of service.
