    NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

    I love GE but mine broke after less than two years. It just stop microwaving (not heating). However, the convection bake does work still. I checked the magnetron, all switches, fuses, the diode, the capacitor, and thermostats. All passed. Haven't check the transformer but that alone will cost over $350 to replace. I can only imagine the pain someone else would find out if this was the fix to it. Now these days, it feels things are engineered to fail after the warranty. Then this stuff gets taked to the dump what a waste! GE could have made it right and have mine fixed or replaced for a very minimum charge if they offered me an extended warranty. BUT Nooo! Off to buy a new one.

    It stopped working (the microwave and convection both) approx. 18 months after purchase (now is no longer under warranty). Can not find anyone who can repair it so now I need to buy a new one. The only thing that still works on it is the clock and light... pretty expensive clock and light. So disappointed. Not looking forward to having to install a new one either... is not easy!

    GE Oven microwave

    The oven broke down a few days ago, I bought it in July 2020... the truth is that it didn't last long, the factory warranty is only one year, so I really don't think the device is highly recommended.

    It stopped working as soon as 2 years were done..bought end of sept 2021 and stopped working December 2023
