We've only used it a few times, but it works well. I had to install a 20 amp circuit due to the increased power from the old one. the 4 stars is because of a couple of lacking features. It would be nice to have a back lit key pad, and the max temperature is 425. These are things I didn't think of until it was too late. It also is a finger print magnet

Great price for a terrific product

No one else could come close to this price. We have to wait to try it out, but if anything is not right, we know that Best Buy will stand behind it.

Led white light is much better than yellow light to cook especially early in the morning when it is still dark. Vent is so powerful that my wife can't smell of cooking but there are three levels so you can adjust it. Of course the microwave itself works great.

I wish I had realized that before I purchased it. Also, the sounds on the microwave started not working consistently after I had had it about 9 months. I called GE for service, and their solution was to unplug the microwave to reset it. That did not work. The person I spoke to did not think the problem was worthy of sending a repairman.

It says Cannot Be Changed at this time all the time!!! The buttons are hard to push. Finicky. I had an advantium which I loved but they're unavailable. The last one I ordered not from Best Buy had to be returned to GE. It had too many problems and you can't get parts from China. I don't think I'll ever buy a GE again. I had to pay twice for an install that cost almost as much as the microwave.

Great Equipment!! (GE!)

I like the look of the new one, however, I find the buttons are not as user friendly, and have to be depressed several times if you don’t hit the exact spot. I have Samsung and GE products, and I find the GE products to be much more reliable.
