This microwave is great, great functions. I love the feature of having no handle on the front too. We recently bought the GE Profile Range and loved it so we bought the microwave to match.

I wish there was another microwave that would match my existing set so I could avoid this microwave. I've lost track how many time we had the original one worked on. Our warranty ended so we bought a brand new one a year ago and after having a horrible experience with the Geek Squad replacement we are supposedly getting a new one, lets see how long this one will last. Worst microwave ever and they continue to make it.

I like the unit. I really like the "express cook" and "add 30 seconds" buttons! I don't like the beep. I have it set to the loudest level and there is no way I consider this loud. I would rate it low or medium at best. A couple of weeks after installation, the door started making a loud, metallic clicking sound when I pressed the buttons at the bottom of the door. It did this for several days. Of course, by the time a GE technician came to check it out, it had stopped. The buttons are not very tactile. You can't "feel" that you've successfully pressed a button. You have to see something appear on the screen or hear the beep to know you pressed the button correctly.

I had go a bigger OTR microwave and its the best. First it bigger than the LG I had and it does not have the rack in the over so now I have more space to heat up food without the rack. This microwave s very quiet. More advanced for me but I am loving it.

Great microwave. I really like the fact it doesn’t have a handle. It looks very nice in the kitchen.

Bigger and better than old GE Profile--- heats faster and evenly. The center is always hot and the sides are not dry ! One minute for bubbly oatmeal with fruit! Ten seconds to heat the dog's food !

Picked this up on sale and looks very sleek in my kitchen. The features are great for the price.

Very nice looking. luckily the cook time is shorter than the purchase - to - delivery time. They take your money in January and deliver the product in April.

Works as it is supposed to. The bottom controls make it look bigger than it is, but overall, I'm pleased with it.

We purchased this item because we were trying to replace our previous model. We were shocked to see discover all the new changes compared to the same model a few years older.

Very nice looking microwave and it was function pretty well until two days ago, we bought it for almost two years...it just stop working without given any signs...called GE service to come for a look, at least let me know what had happened to this two year old guy...I never thought about this fancy microwave only can last for two years, just unbelievable.

Works great. Nice that it works with the stove to turn on light and fan when turn on burner.

We’ve had several whirlpool over the range microwaves and each failed. The last one was still covered under warranty but the tech stated the part commonly goes out and the design hadn’t changed. We replaced it with this model and have been very pleased. It can be difficult to see what’s inside but that’s not really a big deal when you’re the one who put the food in it. Ha!

Very good microwave. They have come a very long way with these things. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Cooks well. Buttons are hard to find in a dim lit room. The door is freaking loud to open and shut. We replaced an W brand and the door was smooth and quiet, but cooking took a hit.
