The first went out because we had it placed inside a cabinet and the contractor failed to open up under the microwave for proper ventilation.

The model number online did not match exactly the model number on the unit. The unit was 3/4" less in height. Mounting bracket and dimensions were different than the previous unit I bought from GE. There is an additional number in the model number on the unit but not shown on Bestbuy's website.

This is a really nice microwave, but we do always recommend using the new hardware that comes with the new model, unless they have the same exact mounting plate. The round plate seems too big for the unit. The stainless steel design attracts fingerprints every time you open or close the door.
