Very nice looking. luckily the cook time is shorter than the purchase - to - delivery time. They take your money in January and deliver the product in April.

I like the unit. I really like the "express cook" and "add 30 seconds" buttons! I don't like the beep. I have it set to the loudest level and there is no way I consider this loud. I would rate it low or medium at best. A couple of weeks after installation, the door started making a loud, metallic clicking sound when I pressed the buttons at the bottom of the door. It did this for several days. Of course, by the time a GE technician came to check it out, it had stopped. The buttons are not very tactile. You can't "feel" that you've successfully pressed a button. You have to see something appear on the screen or hear the beep to know you pressed the button correctly.

Good modern looking microwave. Good quality and and easy to use

I had go a bigger OTR microwave and its the best. First it bigger than the LG I had and it does not have the rack in the over so now I have more space to heat up food without the rack. This microwave s very quiet. More advanced for me but I am loving it.

Loving the microwave. The light under the microwave. Not so much. We just had this installed Tuesday 8/22/23. We’ve used it several times. I have not yet used the light under the microwave…until tonight. From my many uses of microwaves (40 yrs old), not much thought went into that light unless it just wasn’t working. Tonight I turned it on to make pasta sauce and needed extra lighting that I was thrilled to use. Until I just went to sneak a bite of crumbl Cookie before bed. I put the cookies inside to hide from prowling pets at night as I normally do. Under light had been on since dinner, again NEVER had an issue leaving light on under microwave before and this was probably 5 hours since cooking. I opened the microwave and thought dang that’s super warm inside. Looked at the cookies. And numerous cookies with the chocolate were melting as if straight from the oven. I touched the plate inside microwave and it was hot. Touched under microwave and it was scorching. Immediately turned the light off. I’m super concerned. Thank god I decided to be glutinous. Otherwise lord knows what could’ve happened over night to my family and pets. Upset doesn’t begin to explain it. And this is a brand new purchase. Again 40 years old have never ever encountered something like this. Ridiculous. I’ll be contacting Best Buy in the morning to address other issues with scratches on the brand new GE Profile fridge and for the brand new GE Profile Dishwasher that was installed with a good inch gap between it and the counter top. Still waiting on the range. And this is on top of being on the phone for hours dealing with deliveries being canceled or postponed. Was supposed to hear back after delivery team (who were amazing) reported the scratches on fridge before 48 hours. Past that time now. Dishwasher I’ll take part blame bc I didn’t notice the mounting before they left as I wasn’t looking flush with the appliance just straight down.

Picked this up on sale and looks very sleek in my kitchen. The features are great for the price.

Bigger and better than old GE Profile--- heats faster and evenly. The center is always hot and the sides are not dry ! One minute for bubbly oatmeal with fruit! Ten seconds to heat the dog's food !

Enjoying this microwave with the buttons on the bottom. Love the modern stream line look! Works great and heats in a flash! Would definitely recommend the GE Profile microwave. Pairs well with my other GE profile appliances.

Very nice looking microwave and it was function pretty well until two days ago, we bought it for almost two years...it just stop working without given any signs...called GE service to come for a look, at least let me know what had happened to this two year old guy...I never thought about this fancy microwave only can last for two years, just unbelievable.

We’ve had several whirlpool over the range microwaves and each failed. The last one was still covered under warranty but the tech stated the part commonly goes out and the design hadn’t changed. We replaced it with this model and have been very pleased. It can be difficult to see what’s inside but that’s not really a big deal when you’re the one who put the food in it. Ha!

Works great. Nice that it works with the stove to turn on light and fan when turn on burner.

the buttons at the bottom are not very responsive, sometimes requiring several pushes to achieve the desired result for cooking. They worked this way for the first week or so, then started making a strange sound like metal against metal, sounded like there was some sort of separation between two pieces

I expected this microwave to heat the food better than my last GEProfile of 20 years. I have to increase the heating time. Sometimes its ok other times not so ok. Maybe because it has more sensors.

A bit disappointed with my purchase. When the surface light is on, even if it's on low, it causes the microwave oven to overheat. The glass, covering the light, which is not LED, became so hot, it burned my hand. Not a great design.

Just what I was looking for in a microwave. Simple to use. Larger capacity than my old unit!

Very good microwave. They have come a very long way with these things. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Cooks well. Buttons are hard to find in a dim lit room. The door is freaking loud to open and shut. We replaced an W brand and the door was smooth and quiet, but cooking took a hit.
