Microwave works well but, Control buttons are not the most sensitive.

This is our second microwave of the same model. The first one started blowing fuses just after 3 years. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad protection plans.

I like the ease of use and performance.The color fits very nicely with the kitchen theme and quite effective in its functions.

Vent suction is not good but everything else is great.

I bought the unit online to replace an existing unit. The model number online did not match exactly the model number on the unit. The unit was 3/4" less in height. Mounting bracket and dimensions were different than the previous unit I bought from GE. There is an additional number in the model number on the unit but not shown on Bestbuy's website.

There is a rebate for purchasing GE Profile Appliances. Alas, purchases from Best Buy are not eligible for the rebate. GE does not advertise this on the main rebate page or the "click here to find where to buy, which takes you to Best Buy. You have to read the fine print on the actual rebate form from GE. Best Buy, you should make the buyer and the sales associates aware of this! A bit ticked that I bought 5 appliances from Best Buy only to be told by GE rebate team "It states in the rebate form, Best Buy purchases are not eligible for rebate". Now who reads the actual rebate form before purchase. On a side note, The size of the microwave is larger than you expect in a microwave. Keep that in mind when you are designing your kitchen.

I used the geek squad for electronics and they were great, but I will never use them again for appliances, it has been a nightmare. I waited 7 hours for the installation no one called or showed up. I called and she never got back to me. I called again and Steve Howell called me back. He was very helpful. We set up another appointment. The emails were all screwed up wrong dates and one canceled the appointment. Finally they installed the microwave, The door would've open all the way. This is still not resolved, HELP Bill

This was our second time purchasing this microwave. The first went out because we had it placed inside a cabinet and the contractor failed to open up under the microwave for proper ventilation.

I love the microwave. I was disappointed when I discovered that the inside was not as large as the door

Works great, matches my new range. Just wish the inside wasn’t so dark. Otherwise great purchase!!

DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE! Please don't do it. Even before it broke after a year, I hated everything about it. The display keeps showing "insert food". How stupid is that? Trying to simply add time is complicated. The setup programming makes no sense and is complicated. But worst of all, there is a known defect with his particular model but GE refuses to do anything about it and continues to sell these pieces of junk. Go look it up on forums and you will see everyone talking about the same problem I had. After a year or so, it starts to trip your breaker and will work intermittently, which drives you crazy thinking it could be an electrical problem. I have spent hundreds of dollars already just troubleshooting only to find out that the problem was with the microwave the whole time. Now it's past the warranty of course, so I am left spending hundreds more for repair, which may not even fix it, and then I have to buy a whole new microwave. This is a $600 piece of garbage. Please stay away from it!

I love the fact I can adjust to volume of the beep! It heats the food properly. Lights provide adequate lighting and the exhaust an works as expected. It looks good with my other appliances. I like the clean look.

Excellent microwave I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stainless steel over range microwave.

Love the look, features and large inside of this GE Profile Microwave. It also has Bluetooth that works with my GE Profile Double Oven Gas Range.

Purchased the Profile microwave to go with the Profile electric range/double oven purchased at same time.The microwave performs multiple tasks while fitting in perfectly with the kitchen design.

I love this microwave!!! The aesthetics is beautiful and i love the different options with the lighting (dim to high) and vent options (low to high). It does its job and I haven't had any issues so far.
