It heats faster and better. The reheat function works great and accurately. Highly recommended!

Now, with bestbuy totaltech, they wont repair since manufacturer warranty is still active, they told me either call GE or uninstall it, bring it in for return or exchange. Only problem is they are saying it'll be over a month to get a new one, so I am just expected to have no microwave with an empty spot above stove for over a month... And for return it will go back to my bestbuy card which is paid off so I can't even get my money back to buy elsewhere. Terrible product and even worse customer service from bestbuy.

If you’d like to share your feedback regarding your experience with Best Buy, their customer service can be reached at 1 (888) 237-8289. If your microwave isn’t working at all, you may want to check the fuse or circuit breaker to ensure there’s no issue, or try disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often resolve a problem. If it may be helpful, troubleshooting tips are available on page 19 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. If you aren’t able to resolve this concern with troubleshooting, you may want to take advantage of your warranty and reach out to our service department at 833-426-3393. GE Profile Rebate is not eligible at Best Buy!

Alas, purchases from Best Buy are not eligible for the rebate. GE does not advertise this on the main rebate page or the "click here to find where to buy, which takes you to Best Buy. You have to read the fine print on the actual rebate form from GE. Best Buy, you should make the buyer and the sales associates aware of this! A bit ticked that I bought 5 appliances from Best Buy only to be told by GE rebate team "It states in the rebate form, Best Buy purchases are not eligible for rebate". Now who reads the actual rebate form before purchase. On a side note, The size of the microwave is larger than you expect in a microwave. Keep that in mind when you are designing your kitchen.

I waited 7 hours for the installation no one called or showed up. I called and she never got back to me. I called again and Steve Howell called me back. He was very helpful. We set up another appointment. The emails were all screwed up wrong dates and one canceled the appointment. Finally they installed the microwave, The door would've open all the way. This is still not resolved, HELP Bill

The model number online did not match exactly the model number on the unit. The unit was 3/4" less in height. Mounting bracket and dimensions were different than the previous unit I bought from GE. There is an additional number in the model number on the unit but not shown on Bestbuy's website.

The first went out because we had it placed inside a cabinet and the contractor failed to open up under the microwave for proper ventilation.

Lights provide adequate lighting and the exhaust an works as expected. It looks good with my other appliances. I like the clean look.
