Even before it broke after a year, I hated everything about it. The display keeps showing "insert food". How stupid is that? Trying to simply add time is complicated. The setup programming makes no sense and is complicated. But worst of all, there is a known defect with his particular model but GE refuses to do anything about it and continues to sell these pieces of junk. Go look it up on forums and you will see everyone talking about the same problem I had. After a year or so, it starts to trip your breaker and will work intermittently, which drives you crazy thinking it could be an electrical problem. I have spent hundreds of dollars already just troubleshooting only to find out that the problem was with the microwave the whole time. Now it's past the warranty of course, so I am left spending hundreds more for repair, which may not even fix it, and then I have to buy a whole new microwave. This is a $600 piece of garbage. Please stay away from it!

The round plate seems too big for the unit. The stainless steel design attracts fingerprints every time you open or close the door.
