    Doesn’t have auto buttons for melting or liquid

    I wouldn’t have purchased this if I realized there were no buttons for melting or softening butter. Nor does it have buttons for heating water or milk like my previous Cafe appliance.

    Have not had this microwave a year and we are on our second repair. The first issue started with a smell of burning plastic and then the microwave shut off. Repair took 3 weeks including scheduling the technician to come out, waiting for part to be shipped and then scheduling technician to install part. 3 months later and the same thing is happening and cant get technician out for 5 days. GE Profile is usually a good product but I would stay away from this one or buy a back up just in case which is what I'm going to do as we cant be without a microwave for 3 weeks.

    The look of the microwave is what I was going for when I made this purchase, but overall, it works well and is perfect for my kitchen. In our busy household, this microwave gets use and pops a wonderful bag of popcorn!

    I really like this microwave, the look is really clean and sleek. The finish matched the black stainless steel appliances I bought with it. BBY delivery was excellent!

    Best buy has gone done hill fast. Nobody ar the stores to work. The service that schedules the instalations is terrible. A & E repairs is also terrible.

    Bought microwave In January 2017, called for repair within 2 weeks, after diagnosis appt., still took addl 3 weeks for replacement parts (for a brand new microwave?) to be delivered. New part were installed and within 2 weeks later, broke down again. Still without a working microwave and out $500.00 dollars
