GE Profile - 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking - Stainless steel - both surface lights broken fried the bulb in place after 1.5 years. Will be needing survive or a new unit.

Ordered because my previous blow a fuse. So everything was already set up to mount. Nothing fit, bracket isn't the same and microwave dimensions are incorrect. Now there will be a huge gap. If i return I'm sure i won't get a replacement until end of year so I'm stuck

Loved original item ordered. Because of small plastic piece on filter door broke just from opening the door. Option replc w supposed same model. Seemed smaller, cheaply made than original. Very disappointed w GE Profile of what seemed to be known issue that replcmnt no included filter door any longer.

Works great!! Because it doesn't have a handle it looks huge. My kids keep breaking the handle, so I love it. It cooks everything well and is not as noisy as some others.

I bought the GE Profile over-the-range microwave about three months ago, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The first thing that stood out was the sleek stainless-steel design—it fits perfectly with the rest of my kitchen appliances and looks very high-end. Performance-wise, it heats food quickly and evenly. The sensor cooking feature is a lifesaver—it automatically adjusts the time so I don’t have to guess. Reheating leftovers is consistent, and things like popcorn or vegetables come out just right. I also really like the ventilation fan. It’s more powerful than my last microwave, and the slide-out vent does a great job of clearing smoke and steam when I’m cooking on the stovetop. The LED cooktop light is bright and energy-efficient, which is a nice touch. Cleanup is easy thanks to the steam clean option—I just put in a bowl of water, run it, and then wipe it down. It’s a solid, good-looking microwave with useful features. If you cook a lot and want something more advanced than a basic model, this is a great choice.

I'm pleased overall with my new microwave and with the installation. Occasionally the touch pad requires a 2nd or even 3rd touch but the microwave is soft, fast, generally user friendly and quite good looking

I had a larger version of this same items and was upset to see i ordered the wrong one to replace one I worked to death. BUT, I am very happy with this one. I love the look, the style it adds to my GE stove/oven. Its an adjustment to the size difference but that is on me. I love my GE profile items

Purchased this model because the dimensions most closely matched my old model. It is a beautiful unit. Wife likes the one touch timer buttons and controls in the door. Other than that we haven't explored the advanced options. The door feels a little flimsy. I went to add it to their app via Wi Fi, and the password label is not on the unit. Making that feature unusable. Did get two price matches from BestBuy as they reduce the price online, so value has gotten better. But otherwise it just does what microwaves do, heat food.

I remodeled my kitchen and bought this microwave to add to my other stainless steel appliances. What a beautiful looking microwave. It has a slick look and the best part is that it has no handle. Quality is great with lots of features and functions yet easy to use. Installation was simple as well. Would strongly recommend.

Its so big! Looks like you could put the whole turkey in it. Its very quite too. I have the GE Profile stove so the two communicate. When I turn on a stove top burner the microwave vent and light come on. (Fancy) It did have a very small dent about the size of a ballpoint pen tip, on the door. You can only see it if the light is just right. One of those things that it just wasn't worth the headache of sending it back. That's why it only get four stars.

Great working microwave however feels a bit flimsy compare to my older microwave.. I got it because it was the matching one for my new range. The chef connect works perfectly with the range. I don’t like how the touchscreen isn’t really touchscreen.. more of a press down… I feel with time it will become wore down. All microwave keys should be touch by now.. or at least these that are the pricier ones.. I replaced the under lightbulbs for led ones and it looks super sleek now.

Love this microwave. It's powerful and so easy to use. I wish it had a soften butter feature, but it makes up for it.

This is a terrific microwave. The 'Sensor Cooking' is a big plus and works very well. This microwave was purchased as part of a kitchen remodel and in conjunction with the GE Profile slide in range and not installed until 8/21/19 due to contractor's schedule. Both are black stainless steel, very sleek and upscale looking. The interior is large and I am able to use large casserole dishes. The 'Chef Connect' feature that connects the microwave to the range is convenient and a plus. Appears to be well built, looks great and is easy to use.

Love it! The front is modern and no handle to clean around. The installers were amazing too. Took them about 10 minutes to remove the old unit and install the new one.

I shopped around looking for a replacement for my older dead GE Profile microwave. I had decided that I would look at other brands, and when I came to Best Buy to look I found a great salesman. He worked with me reviewing all of the options and I ultimately decided to update to new GE Profile. This thing is spacious and cooks great. The controls are very intuitive and I was running it immediately. The only downside (and not really a problem) is the door closes weird. It is just different since it is much larger than the old one I had and feels like it takes more effort to open and close.

My microwave lasted 10 years, it came with the house. Everything is GE and stainless steel in the kitchen. So I decided to stay with a winner. The price was incredible and I am absolutely elated with the size, look, performance, and the wonderful way that it was delivered on time as promised and there was not one problem with the process. We have purchased many items from Best Buy and I will stay a loyal customer.

Love the design of the microwave and great size for home

I am very disappointed with this model and wish I could return it. This model replaced a no-longer sold Kenmore Elite 790-80373310 which worked perfectly until it didn't. I ended up buying online this GE Profile because I could not get out of the house to shop. Online it looks amazing but its performance leaves much to be desired. It is noisy even with the noise level set to the lowest; it takes extra effort to get the Quick Touch pads to start; the inside cavity looks like the inside of an empty death chamber (I am sorry but that’s how I feel); the circular tray sits in a weird way, with its rim jutting out on the front side of the cavity (I always take time to make sure it is sitting right and doesn't fall out, which is a waste of time for me. Why it was designed that way is something hard for me, a microwave user, to understand). Overall, this is one appliance I wish I could return. (Note: This appliance was an “open-box” that was supposed to be a demo one, but even if I bought a brand new never-opened box, I would still have the same opinion about this model).
