Easy to Use - Syncs with GE Profile Range

It has taken a little time to get used to the lack of a handle but not an issue. Really like that it syncs with the range. Turn on the cook top and the light automatically turns on. The one negative is that the exhaust fan is extremely loud.

I have it set to the loudest level and there is no way I consider this loud. I would rate it low or medium at best. A couple of weeks after installation, the door started making a loud, metallic clicking sound when I pressed the buttons at the bottom of the door. It did this for several days. Of course, by the time a GE technician came to check it out, it had stopped. The buttons are not very tactile. You can't "feel" that you've successfully pressed a button. You have to see something appear on the screen or hear the beep to know you pressed the button correctly.

First it bigger than the LG I had and it does not have the rack in the over so now I have more space to heat up food without the rack. This microwave s very quiet. More advanced for me but I am loving it.

The last one was still covered under warranty but the tech stated the part commonly goes out and the design hadn’t changed. We replaced it with this model and have been very pleased. It can be difficult to see what’s inside but that’s not really a big deal when you’re the one who put the food in it. Ha!

They worked this way for the first week or so, then started making a strange sound like metal against metal, sounded like there was some sort of separation between two pieces
