Extremely bad no follow up 4 screws missing that are on the list for what is supplied by you.

This microwave is a piece of junk!!! Door has a hard time opening . GE has replaced it twice and still doesn’t open well at all!

This microwave did not match my theme but I was able to use the out covering of the kit to make it blend in

Replaced a brand new Kitchenaid that had clock issues, door closing error messages etc

Had GE profile for 12 yrs before it broke down so i bought another one Very reliable

This is great for my remodeling kitchen. Very easy to use and clean.

We bought this model to replace a GE Profile 2.2 cu. ft microwave with the built-in Trim Kit. The original GE lasted 8 years. The original frame would not work with the new microwave because the holes were in different places on the base of the microwave as was the design of the microwave base didn't work with the built-in base of the Trim Kit. We were able to modify by putting two 2x4s under the microwave to lift it higher. The microwave and the trim frame have a cheaper, flimsy feel compared to the originals especially when closing the door and pushing the button. GE did a good job simplifying the control panel which makes the oven with more usable cooking features. The interior of this oven is dark gray, which makes the interior light appear to be not as bright -- we can't even watch the food cooking by looking through the window. But, overall we are glad GE still makes an oven and a frame so that this oven appears as a set to fit our cabinet space.

Love the built in sensor for reheating. Looks great on wall mount.

Works perfectly. Wish stainless steel was fingerprint proof.

dont buy it ....18 months old and broke twice.. and GE DONT HAVE PARTS FOR IT..

It's a great microwave, but we had to replace it after 6 years. Was hoping it would last longer. The inside is huge. I can fit a 13x9 pan inside.

looks great. however i would stay away. i have had this for 3 years. for the price, this should not be having so many issues. issue 1 - door open and close button has lots of issues like other say issue 2 - the main issue.....it started sparking and looks like tis trying to catch on fire from the wall. not sure what to do since the warranty is over after 1 stinking year. should last much more than 3 years. the door is annoying but can be dealt with....the spark and the noises and the fire hazard....shoudl not be happening. stay away!!

The quality of this microwave does not seem as good as the one we needed to replace, but it was my only choice as it needed to fit the cutout above our double ovens. The old unit also had green colored notification lighting to match the double oven & the new one has white. The new needed trim kit was expensive at $200, but all was simple to install.

Replacing one that was installed in 2019. Worked well up until is simply quit.

I've had many GE Profile appliances and ordered this one to replace built in, 20 yr old GE Microwave. Had to modify my cabinet some, then to have door latch not work 50% time - Very Frustrating. Worked to take back out of cabt & trim, took back to BestBuy, where they happily ordered a replacement for me. (Usual Great Cust Service!) In spite of door latch, micro works well, good power and good features. I hope the next microwave has better door latch and up to good quality GE stds.

Our microwave broke down beyond repair. Was concerned about finding it's replacement that would not only work well, but fit the same opening in our cabinetry. Fits perfectly, easy to install, and works better than I hoped!

The timer button is a bad design. You have to hit the circular button three times in a row to start the timer: once to start the input, once after you turn and select the minutes, and again to select seconds. I usually want a round number like 5 or 8 minutes. I miss the quick select buttons for 1-6 minute cook times on my older GE model. We opted for the convection/microwave oven combo and we've used it a few times. Heat loss is a problem when opening the door after convection pre-heating. It makes sense because you open the front of the oven and most of the heat will obviously come out. Because of that I have to add cook time to my recipes. I had hoped this would be a nice alternative to heating the entire range oven. It's OK but not great. What I really don't like about the convection oven is how easy it is to put the metal shelf for convection baking in incorrectly. I nearly lost a pie when a corner slipped out and the rack dropped. Be careful to check every corner when you set that baking rack in. What I love: the removable circular, rubber-footed microwave rack that lets you cook two dishes at once. I have used that a lot and the microwave strength is excellent
