So far so good. It was a replacement for one that broke. Hopefully it lasts for many years.

This model of Microwave fits perfectly above our wall oven. The additional trim kit finished that built-in look. It has all the features we use and is big enough to handle all of our cooking needs.

Looks great and meets expectations for cooking needs. Replaced my GE Monogram built in microwave (16 yo), purchased the required stainless steel frame for the built in look.

The trim kit that was suggested when I purchased this item does not even come close to fitting the microwave. The microwave is larger than the cutout. I've been reading the reviews and this seems to be an issue with several people. Completely frustrated as to what to do with this expensive purchase.

Purchased this microwave after a kitchen remodel. I couldn't be happier. The microwave has high and low power settings. Its also really quiet. It looks regal with the GE trim kit. Great value all around!

Bought this product from BestBuy three times and they all have kind of defect/damage. There's a damage to the front corner from the second buy, we returned it and order a new one again at BestBuy website, after few days, we pick it up and only find out it's probably the product we returned few days ago because it has exactly the same damage(front corner) unless it's coincindence. Very disappointed. One thing I noticed is that the curb side delivery is done poorly. For my second buy, a young lady alone deliver it to my car and it apparently very difficult for her to load it into my car so I offer help. That might contribute to the damagy to the product due to possible drop.

Looks great, very powerful. It took me a long time to search for a microwave that fit my space perfectly and had all the features I wanted. This checks all the boxes! Heats up food in a fraction of the time from my old microwave. Very lager on the inside. It's a countertop microwave, but I got the trim kit so it would look like a built in. Fits like a glove! Looks great too. I plan on getting the GE Profile oven as well. I'm so happy with my purchase. I've been using it for about a month now on a daily basis. No issues and still loving the purchase.

This microwave works great and heats food evenly every time. It’s easy to use, runs quietly, and has plenty of power for everyday meals. Simple, reliable, and a solid value.

I have had GE products for years and the GE mico-wave this was replacing was 20 years old and just didnt well heat anymore. This is much larger (2.2 Cu. Ft. ) than prior unit at at 1100 watts you can pretty much warm/cook anything - a small turkey would definitely fit. I took off 1 star due top panel not lighting up when used (at this price it should I think). Since I was installing in a cabinet the power cord was a tad short in my opinion - I could not fit my arm in to plug it in - I had to use a high grade extension to be able to plug it. I do recommend but if placing in a cabinet expect to do some "cutting" to fit it in. And probably will need the trim kit too.

Microwave is nice. Easy to clean. Cooks quickly. I like the quick keys. The only thing I don’t care for is the sound it makes opening and closing.

This is a replacement microwave for one purchased in 2016 that started malfunctioning in 2020. I was not advised to get a new trim kit, as the slide in rails had changed. The second trim kit recommended was not for a GE microwave, but I was assured it would work. Wrong! Finally, 3rd trim kit. YEAH! It was perfect. But we had not fully unpacked the microwave (our mistake) until we saw the rails fit on the bottom correctly and the corner where the power cord is attached is totally crushed. The microwave works so it was installed anyway. Hopefully, it will last more than the previous 4 years. We love the microwave!

Met all expectations replaced a custom cabinet older ge micro perfectly

This is an EXCELLENT microwave! It has lots of great features and 1100 watts of power, plus the included sensor cooking features. It was also the only microwave of this quality that we could find, that was a direct fit, to replace the 18 year old built-in unit that came with our home, and which died. This leads to the only drawback for this microwave - the price! A free standing model, with the same features, size and power costs less than half as much! That just doesn't seem right. But, we needed a direct replacement with the same features as the previous microwave, so we paid the price that was required.

This microwave is amazing. It was an exact replacement for built in discontinued whirlpool unit that came from builder for out 5 year old house. This saved us hundreds of dollars. The easy cleaning interior surface is great. The full glass exterior is beautiful and adds to the kitchen appearance. Love this microwave!

A good microwave to replace the same model I bought about ten years ago. My big gripe is that it did not come with an owners/users manual; only a "Quick Guide." I found the owners manual on line, but it's 48 pages, and I should not have to print out something that should have come with the unit I purchased at Best Buy. I also bought the Trim Kit, and that took about a month to come in. Neither was available for delivery to my home, and I had to go to the local store each time to pick each of them up. Not very good customer service.
