Do Not Buy this brand microwave.

It took an additional week to get a replacement. 4 weeks without a microwave. Not the end of the world but it is unacceptable in today's market to have to wait for an on the shelf product. Of course going into a store is a complete waste of time as the employees do not have any answers to simple questions.

The unit works great...it heats up food and drinks really fast and is WAY more quiet than our older GE microwave. The stainless trim kit lets the greyish black color blend in nicely with all our other stainless appliances!!

This one died in 14 months. Now waiting for a technician to come and check it out - that is what the extended warranty buys you. The previous ones died and were repaired several times. Don't waste your money on this substandard product. Buy something else. Going to buy a standby LG instead.

We're on our second 1 in 3 years & the push open is broken again. There's no good or easy fix for this & there is only a 1 year warranty. It is not a cheap microwave & there should absolutely be a recall on it.
