Tech said it’s unfixable. GE offered me a substantial discount for a new microwave but I am forced to also buy a new trim kit which is back ordered. No install will be done without it. So here I am waiting and unknown when I will be able to get microwave installed.

According to the salesperson this is the latest model. I have had no choice but to purchase this model because it matches all the rest of the appliances in my kitchen. Overall GE should stand for "Good Enough" . I hope this one will last at least 2-3 years

You have to buy the trim separately (I found ebay to be $100 cheaper than GE on the trim). And the button to open the door is incredibly hard to use. It often takes me two fingers to open because my thumb is simply not strong enough. My 77 year old mother can't open it. Come on GE!

Door opening button doesn't open door.

Good price, easy curbside pickup. But door opening button doesn't reliably open the door. Almost like the mechanism doesn't push door latches far enough so door pops open. Otherwise oven runs fine. Returned.
