Went to back Best Buy to see what they can do but referred me to take it up with GE Puerto Rico which is so confusing.

We have done it twice due to a custom kitchen being built around this unit or we wouldn't have done it again. The door open button either does not open the door or sticks. It happened on both of our units so far. If you can avoid getting this do so.

Since the microwave is built-in and the power cord is inaccessible, that means toggling a circuit breaker of the outdoor breaker panel. Symptom isn't covered in troubleshooting manual.

Absolute Piece of Junk!!!

I have had a repairman out 4 times, still the unit door sticks when pushing it in, resulting in it jamming and running continuously. NEVER BUY THIS MODEL!!!!

Thought the existing trim will work (just one generation old), but didn’t worked, new trim kit cost more than 60% of the microwave. I will not recommend as a good in-build set

Best Buy recommended the replacement GE microwave and trim kit (required). Had a couple miscues getting the trim kit to the install team. But once the install team was onsite it took them less than ten minutes to install everything and the microwave looks great.

Horrible service! BB has in its notes that I broke it! WRONG! I just pushed to open and the button went all the way to back with no spring action to open door. I will never buy appliances from BB again!!!!
