My only complaint (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that it doesn't come in Slate like the other GE appliances I purchased. So it's a slightly different color, which is annoying. I also think the "recommended for you" feature was incorrect about the trim kit that should go with the microwave (so I bought the wrong one of those and had to return it and get the correct one). Just be careful if you are buying the trim kit to go with this.

The interior is grey which makes the interior dark. The light within does not provide adequate light to overcome the dark interior. The electronic touch-pad controls do not display in low light as my former microwave oven did. The touch-pad control has a tab for Healthy Menu. What does this mean? Also the potato tab has ended in an err each time I used it.

We will share your feedback regarding the interior of the microwave with our engineering and design teams. The Healthy Menu feature is listed on page 16 in the manual. Simple place your food in the oven and press the Healthy Menu pad and enter the code and press the start pad. Note: If you open the door while the food code of Healthy Menu or Potato cycle is displayed, you will see the ERR code appear, and you'll want to cancel it to remove the error. Seems well made and I hope it lasts. I upgraded to this model with the trim kit (JX7230SLSS). Works great and is super quiet compared to my original.
