Microwave has a large capacity. We wish it came with a printed manual as some settings are hard to understand.

We replaced the previous version of this model after 6 years. We liked it so much, decided to stick with the same. So far so good. Was easy to install as well.

Nice full size microwave. Replaced my earlier GE microwave, built in unit looks great

Installation with the matching trim kit was much easier than the GE microwave I purchased about 8 years ago. For the newer you install a little galvanized sheet metal shelf and attach to bottom rails to the microwave. The microwave then just slides in on the shelf and locks into place with a few screws.

The microwave works great and is easy to use. If you are trying to get a built in look, it’s a little tuff. My unit sits in a cabinet so I used a trim kit. To accomplish a good fit you need someone trained in cabinet making if you are not trained in that area. I lucked out as a friend was able to do it for me. It looks great!

The microwave itself is fine, but it seems a bit more clunky than its predecessor. Why does it seem that GE products get worse with each new generation? Also, this microwave does not fit into the previous trim kits (don't believe what GE says or what they recommend). We were forced to shell out an addition load of cash to have the right look (and I will review the poor quality trim kit in another post). I am so disappointed. I wish GE would care about its repeat customers.

Ordered this to replace a 5 year old GE microwave. Other than replacing the trim kit as an additional cost, this microwave looks and works great

Great microwave. Had the last iteration and upgraded to this one. We love GE appliances and this one doesn’t disappoint! Easy to install in a cabinet.

The appliance was a perfect fit however the door is very difficult to open. You need to push hard on the release button, something several times. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered this model. The feature are good.

Looks really nice, but the product took a lot longer to come and was faced multiple resheduled due to Microwave that we purchased along with the trim wasn't available and no one knew why it wasn't available but the rep took care of the issue having contacted him mutiple times.

Lots of mixed reviews on the GE Profile Series so not sure what to think yet. Nice had the unit for almost a month. The unit itself is super sharp in terms of how it looks and cooking ability. One nice thing is the end of cooking time notification stops beeping after the initial notification. The number colors are a soft beige/tan which is nice change from the blue other manufacturers use.

Quiet and efficient. Easy to use and clean. Sleek appearance.

When I first used the microwave I thought it was extremely loud compared to my old one. I adjusted the revolving plate and some rattle has gone away. At a cook speed of 1100 it is so much faster that my previous microwave. The inside when opened is huge and thus the small light makes it seem dimly lit but that is an adjustment I am willing to make. Time cooking is harder to do but way more presets than my 25 year old one. I am getting used to the sound and it appears to dim as it is used more.

So far so good. We have only had this for a week, but I really like it. The inside is very spacious and I love the grey color on the inside. Microwaves that are white on the inside start looking bad very quickly, but the dark color inside this seems like it will not age as easily. Easy to operate. Just waiting on the trim kit to be delivered to see if it fits and gives us the look we want.

Previous microwave same brand but got spoiled within 3 years hopefully this one works good.

Bought this to replace a GE Profile microwave that we had installed when we built our house nearly 16 years ago. If there were another microwave that would fit in the opening, I would send this back and get it, but unfortunately, this was our only choice. Like others have mentioned, the push button to open is cheaply made. My 2003 model was much nicer. I also strongly dislike the dark grey interior. It's hard to see your food with the dim lightbulb included. It's quieter than our older unit, but that never bothered me. I hope that I will get used to it, but after 3 weeks, I still dislike this new model. Why can't they make appliances like they used to?

I’ve only had it for about three weeks, so don’t really know what to say except it does he eat food really fast and you have to be careful cause sometimes it overheated, especially when you use the food selection button
