I like the size. The color is what I wanted. The trim package didn't fit my cabinet.

It looks good installed. It is mostly plastic and feel cheap compared to 20 year old Sharp microwave. The door closes with a liud thunk! No matter how gently you try to close it. The keypad is not intuitive and one needs to constantly refer back to tge instruction nanual. Cooking seems to work fine. I would mot buy this product again

The two technicians did an excellent job by using the existing trim kit, saving us a lot of money. Give them a raise!

This was an open box and everything worked and looked new. A few dings but those are hidden behind the wall.

Similar to the 8 year old one it replaced. Seems good so far. Actually reallly like the black as opposed to stainless.

Its Okay. Had to replace our other GE microwave that was not even 2 years old. So will see how long this one will last. Its the same as the one that we replaced.

So far so good with this product! The built in cabinetry was limiting to my choices for replacement, but this fit and and is a complementary line within the GE Kitchen appliance family - important since it is directly above the existing built in GE oven and needed to match.

Expensive, limited features, made to require replacement.

Bought it to replace our old 2005 model. The cut out for the new one was the exact same size, but we needed a new trim kit. I insralled it in about a hour. A drill really helps the process. Bought the 5 year warranty because I keep reading how fast the door opener button breaks. So far no problem. Hope it last as long as our last one did.

When we picked it up it was bent on the bottom ....

Purchased 1 1/2 years ago. Immediately had a door issue, which after speaking to the repair tech and reading several reviews is common. Then, last week it went completely dead....called GE. Called Best Buy. apparently no one does drop off microwave repair locally. cost to come out is $99. Cost to drop off at Best Buy, who then sends it out is $85. Spoke to GE customer service. He thinks it is likely the Magnetron Tube, which he says will cost about as much as a new microwave..... So, my delimna, Do I but the same unit because I paid $200 for the trim kit and modified the cabinet for it? Or do I find a differnt one and spend an extra @200 for their trim kit? Bottom line.....it looks cheap. It feels cheap and apparently it perfroms cheap.......STAY AWAY!!!! Read the on line reviews....door problems and the Magnetron tube are a common issue.....UGH!!!!!

Replaced older microwave and the new one fit perfectly and is exactly what we wanted.

The unit meets expectations. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star rating is due to the fact I have had to repurchase the same model to replace one that failed, originally provided by the builder. It was likely the magnetron, after only 3 years of use. It worked well up to that point. I did not want to have to purchase a different model which would have required a a different trim kit for an additional $200+ instead of a repurchase of the same unit for $400+

I have replaced with my 23 old GE microwave,easy to install.

While this review is not entirely about the unit, I still wanted to post about my buying experience as it might help someone buying an open item. I have never bought an open item, but we needed to replace a built in microwave ASAP and the delivery for a new one was over a month. We did not want to be without a microwave so we drove 40 min. to buy this open item. Since it was packed well and again, my first open item purchase, I thought I would just return if something was wrong. Well the item was not in excellent condition (I don't know who inspects the returned items and deem their condition, but there was a scratch on the upper left side of the door. Since it's made of glass, it can't be fixed. In addition, just like another reviewer (from 4 months ago titled "Poor product condition"), there is a crack/damage pretty much in the same section as the scratch on the glass. Since it's built in, you really can't see it once installed, but nonetheless, a crack, which seem to be common. I can't really correct/resolve the issue without spending over an hour. I can't even call the store since there is no way to get a hold of them via phone. I would need to drive 30- 40 minutes one way to return and then figure out viable a replacement. Decided not to deal with a return and then buy another. Lesson, if buying an open item, check out the actual item before leaving the store or be ready to go back to the store. Luckily, I like the microwave and the functions are similar to our previous GE Monogram. It's also much quieter. Also hoping the damage is just cosmetic long term, which appears to be.

This a large microwave. With many features that are pretty easy to use. It cooks much quicker than my old microwave. Very happy with it.
