Horrible service! BB has in its notes that I broke it! WRONG! I just pushed to open and the button went all the way to back with no spring action to open door. I will never buy appliances from BB again!!!!

The installers never installed the microwave or the trim kit but reported the work done. I paid for installation that was never completed.

The finished product looks great and matches with our GE double wall oven. However, I wish the price is cheaper. We had no choice because we had to buy one that matches the trim.

Avoid. Failed after 13 months
