I recently upgraded to the GE Profile 2.2 cu. Ft. built-in microwave, and I’m loving it so far! It features a modern, sleek design with easy-to-use glass touch controls, making the kitchen feel more up-to-date. The sensor cooking feature is a lifesaver—no more guessing if my leftovers are piping hot or just lukewarm.

So far so good. It was a replacement for one that broke. Hopefully it lasts for many years.

Microwave is nice. Easy to clean. Cooks quickly. I like the quick keys. The only thing I don’t care for is the sound it makes opening and closing.

This microwave is amazing. It was an exact replacement for built in discontinued whirlpool unit that came from builder for out 5 year old house. This saved us hundreds of dollars. The easy cleaning interior surface is great. The full glass exterior is beautiful and adds to the kitchen appearance. Love this microwave!

Love this microwave. Great size and the auto popcorn sensor works perfect!

My old one was installed when we purchased our house new. It lasted just 5 years this year. Was disappointed in that because the Profile series is a bit pricey. But this one is great so far. I like that this newer, updated model will not allow your to simply "punch" the open button (the door is locked). You have to hit the cancel key and then punch the open button. Also, it can be controlled and set via Wi-Fi. Still trying to figure it out, but I LOVE that option is available!

Looks great, very powerful. It took me a long time to search for a microwave that fit my space perfectly and had all the features I wanted. This checks all the boxes! Heats up food in a fraction of the time from my old microwave. Very lager on the inside. It's a countertop microwave, but I got the trim kit so it would look like a built in. Fits like a glove! Looks great too. I plan on getting the GE Profile oven as well. I'm so happy with my purchase. I've been using it for about a month now on a daily basis. No issues and still loving the purchase.

We had the older version of this microwave and it worked great up until about a month ago. It started arcing inside with everything so we wanted to get the same one. The newer model is wonderful. It has WiFi built in and connects to an app to let you know when the timer is up and allows you to monitor cooking. It’s missing the mute button but other than that, it fit the existing tracks and faceplate and looks identical.

We purchased this as a replacement. It was easy to install, looks beautiful, and is spacious. Aside from that, there have been numerous improvements from the older model that have made using it super easy. It can be programmed to cook packaged meals by scanning the barcodes. Takes the guesswork out, and it sends cook time information to your phone. Impressed with this model and it needed I would not hesitate to buy it again.

This is a great product with useful features. Although I got the black one with stainless steel trim, I would have preferred a black matching trim.

Arrived in perfect condition and works as advertised. I miss the "mute" button, replace with a "wifi" button. Who needs wifi connection on a microwave which typically cooks for 5 minutes or less?

This mw oven works fine. However, the wrong trim kit was provided in the delivery so the oven could not be installed when delivered. We set it in the hole so we could use it, but it was a real topic of conversation for weeks when friends and family visited. Rather than wait for another installation appointment, I installed it myself when the correct trim kit arrived weeks later. Is there any way this embarrassing situation can be adjudicated?

A good microwave to replace the same model I bought about ten years ago. My big gripe is that it did not come with an owners/users manual; only a "Quick Guide." I found the owners manual on line, but it's 48 pages, and I should not have to print out something that should have come with the unit I purchased at Best Buy. I also bought the Trim Kit, and that took about a month to come in. Neither was available for delivery to my home, and I had to go to the local store each time to pick each of them up. Not very good customer service.

I was able to replace my broken microwave with this one and use the existing trim kit. That doesn't happen ofter.

Replacing a microwave that stopped working, I was able to position this model in the exact location of the old microwave and use the same trim pieces.

Best buy is the best we have never had a bad experience, we have bought arcade games TV's appliances and security cameras and more, they are very knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever you need they are the best.
